This hotel was the perfect place for my vacation. The room was spacious, comfortable, and came with a beautiful bathtub, making it easy to fully relax and unwind. The property feels like a world of its own — peaceful, beachfront, and located on the quieter side of Chaweng Beach. If you’re looking to escape the busy world and enjoy a truly restful stay, this is the place to be. What stood out the most was the hospitality. Every staff member did an excellent job, and it’s clear that service and guest experience are a priority here. Their warmth and professionalism made the stay even more memorable. I had a wonderful 3-night stay and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. If I have the opportunity to return to Koh Samui, I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.
Great hotel, lovely staff member and Yhi helped us to have a very smooth check in. It is out fifth time we staying here and absolutely love Kirikayan. Great location and easy for travelling to Central shopping centre and night market. Try opposite door restaurant which called Noi and perhaps best Thai food I ever had in whole Thailand 👌 Can not wait to come back here in Christmas
This hotel was lovely, nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. The sunbeds were super comfy and there was always enough. The lack of shade was a bit of an issue as i prefer to be in shade the whole time when im in a sunbed, i had to keep moving the umbrella which is normal of course but it was really heavy and the staff only helped me once as he said that he can’t keep helping me move it every hour, which was a shame. The hotel next door has lots of shade, i would have preferred to use their sunbeds and stayed here haha. The hotel itself is great, its nice and small so you get good service mostly, the breakfast was great for vegetarians and they have an egg station. Staff are super friendly.
We absolutely loved our stay at Karikayan Resort! The place is wonderfully secluded, and the atmosphere is pure bliss. There’s a 7-Eleven and a small fruit shop just around the corner, so you can enjoy fresh fruit or grab some snacks any time you like. The nightlife area is also nearby—about a 15-minute walk if you fancy an evening out. There are several local restaurants, tailors, and everything else you might need within easy reach. The resort itself isn’t large, which makes it feel cozy and peaceful, and the location is just perfect. The beach is literally a 30-second walk away, and most of the time it was just us and maybe a handful of other people—so it really feels like your own private island. Breakfasts were simple but satisfying: eggs cooked any way you like (scrambled, omelette, poached), with tomatoes, cucumbers, pasta or steamed vegetables, some cheese, and bread. Nothing fancy, but definitely enough to start your day well. My only small suggestion to the management would be to add some shelves or cupboards for better storage in the rooms. Overall, I totally enjoyed my two-week stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway and a taste of local culture.
