Koh samui If I visit, I will recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean, the location is quiet, and the service is very good.It's also very close to where I want to go. There's also a 7-11 right next to the hotel. Thank you for my first solo trip.i will come back again ✨
The hotel seemed okay for the price at first, but they put you in a back building if you book the cheapest room. I accepted that, but once I got to the room, the issues started right away. The bed sheets were polyester and uncomfortable, and the pillow was extremely large and stiff. There’s no way anyone’s neck could rest properly on it. After the first night, I started sneezing and woke up with a blocked nose. When my friend came the next day, they immediately noticed how dusty the room was, coming from the air conditioner. I reported it to the front desk, and while they attempted to fix it while I was out, they forgot to reconnect the water hose. After I came back and took a shower I found my entire room wet with water, which is completely unacceptable and dangerous. On top of that, checkout is at 11 AM, and they charge 200 baht just to extend it to 12 PM, which is usually the standard checkout time across most places in Thailand. They also require a 3,000 baht deposit, even though my entire three-night stay cost less than 2,500 baht, which makes no sense. Overall, the experience was terrible. Between the dust, the water, and the discomfort, it completely ruined my stay. There is also no reception after 10 PM, and they don’t even answer the phone, it just cuts off after a couple of rings. The location is decent, but with all these issues, it’s absolutely not worth it. I would never stay here again
I stayed 7 nights at Lotus Friendly Hotel and indeed the staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating - location is just two steps from the beach and it is in the quiet northern part of high street so not to much noise at night. Rooms clean and well kept daily in the midst of trees and beautiful blooming frangipani that embelishes one's stay. Williams and Zoey did their best at all time to be at service which never faltered.... A great thanks to all the staff
We had an amazing stay at the Lotus Friendly Hotel. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. You really feel taken care of from the moment you arrive. The location is perfect and everything you need is right nearby. You can rent a bike directly at the hotel, a 7-Eleven right next door, laundry service close by and the beach is just a short walk away. I honestly had the best ice tea of my life here. We liked the hotel so much that we extended our stay for another night and they even upgraded us to a better room. The price performance ratio is excellent, everything is clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe is just great. I would absolutely recommend this place and would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Koh Samui.
