My wife and I recently spent three wonderful nights here, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The GHA Titanium recognition was fantastic and translated into a generous room upgrade. The room itself was exceptionally comfortable, featuring a high-quality bed, premium sheets, and excellent pillows that made for a perfect night's sleep. The inclusion of Diptyque amenities was another brilliant touch that really elevated the stay. Service across the property was top-notch. The front desk team runs a tight ship—check-in and check-out were remarkably smooth, efficient, and professional, thanks to Khun Aime, Eve/Earn, and Khun Shawn. They made the logistics completely effortless. Down at the Tan Beach Bar, the entire staff was simply amazing, delivering attentive service with great energy. I also have to give a special mention to the F&B Manager, Khun John. I always value a solid culinary recommendation, and his insider tips on where to find the best local food were spot on and hugely appreciated. This is a brilliantly managed property with a team that genuinely understands high-level hospitality. Highly recommended, and we look forward to returning!
A very private and premium hotel. It feels like stepping into a completely different world as soon as you enter the property from the street. The hotel has a beautiful tropical atmosphere, surrounded by nature and full of exotic charm. The staff were wonderful—providing excellent service, always friendly, attentive, and very helpful. We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The room, the bed is so comfortable!! The seaside is beautiful view!!! For those who workout! The hotel fitness was so new!!! You have to try! P.S. The hotel is very close to Coco Tam’s—only about a 4-minute walk along the beach. Be sure to walk on the beach rather than the street; otherwise, it takes around 15 minutes.
Our stay was simply amazing ✨✨✨ the staff is so attentive, caring and truly professional. This is where you will get amazing thai hospitality and exceptional thai service. Facilities and rooms are beautiful and well taken care of. Breakfast is solid. The spa is gorgeous!! I felt like this was the best location in Samui because the fisherman’s village is so close and it has lots of shops, massage spots and nice food places compared to other areas. The only thing to mention about the beach is that the seabed is a bit muddy if that matters to you. The beach itself is very clean and the hotel’s beach amenities are great. The muddy sea bottom didn’t really bother us. Perhaps it’s tied to the season.
Writing this review from the Koh samui airport and I am so sad to leave! My husband and I just had the most magical & special honeymoon at Anantara Resort. The staff is very friendly, rooms were clean & BEAUTIFUL , and the spa was incredible. Walking distance to the fisherman’s village market as well as other nice restaurants. 10/10 location! The pool has the most amazing view of the ocean, the food at the resort was amazing! 10/10 mango sticky rice! The lovely staff helped us book all our tours and helped with getting grabs/taxis. I can’t recommend this resort enough ! Thank you Anantara for the most amazing week!
Excellent Family Stay at Anantara Bophut, Koh Samui We spent a few wonderful days here as a small family, and it certainly won’t be our last visit. The resort is a little tropical oasis with direct beach access, plenty of loungers, and a beautifully maintained garden atmosphere. The breakfast is outstanding - freshly pressed juices, a huge buffet, and even local curries to start the day. Both on‑site restaurants, Thin Tai and Guilty, are excellent and absolutely worth trying. A special mention to Palm and Nil, who provided exceptional service at breakfast and again during dinner at Guilty. Their warmth and attention made every meal feel special. The Kids Club offers great entertainment for all ages (children under four need their own supervision or a nanny), making it easy for parents to relax. Service throughout the resort is truly exceptional. Even the smallest issues were handled proactively and with genuine care, ensuring we felt completely looked after. A special thank‑you to Sandy, Head of Front Office, who represented the hotel with remarkable professionalism and warmth. A fantastic place for families - we’ll definitely be back.
