I can't recommend PJ enough. She is a highly qualified, experienced, and deeply trusted therapist who creates a safe and welcoming environment from the moment you meet her. Whether it's her natural healing energy, her exceptional technique, or a combination of both, I always begin to feel my body becoming incredibly light within minutes of the session starting. By the end, I'm left with a pleasant sense of relaxation and heaviness, as if my body has released layers of tension. The first time I experienced her water therapy, I felt something I simply can't put into words. It was an incredible, deeply comforting, and almost magical sensation unlike anything I had ever experienced before. It's one of those experiences that you truly have to feel for yourself to understand. Her sound healing session was also amazingly relaxing and healing.
PJ is incredibly talented at what she does. She has such a depth of knowledge of many different healing modalities but more importantly, she's so present and caring and intuitive. She knows just what you need and it's very easy to let yourself totally relax and be held by her. Her watsu water therapy sessions are absolute magic. Highly recommend working with her!
Highly recommend anything PJ does. As soon as I met her I could feel her positive energy . And the water therapy experience was really profound.
