5 stars I received the most exquisite massage of my life at Santiburi Spa in Koh Samui, and Cream was the absolute star of the experience. After having quite a few massages over the years, I can honestly say this was the best one, and the best overall service, I’ve ever received. Cream’s technique, intuition, and care were outstanding. She delivered a luxurious, deeply relaxing massage that felt both expertly skilled and genuinely attentive. Every detail of the service was flawless, leaving me completely rejuvenated and at peace. The serene setting and professional, welcoming atmosphere only enhanced the experience. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this spa—it was well worth the money. The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming from the very start. After offering me a refreshing drink, they had me fill out a health questionnaire. When I mentioned an old knee injury, they thoughtfully suggested switching from a traditional Thai massage to an oil massage for a gentler, more suitable treatment—such an excellent attention to detail! I opted for the Thai Herbal Steam Room, an oil massage, and the additional herbal compressions. My therapist, Cream, was exceptionally thorough and skilled. Despite applying great pressure, the massage was so deeply relaxing that I actually drifted off to sleep. The spa itself is beautifully decorated, and I loved the care put into the ambiance. Overall, I highly recommend this place! Left relaxed and refreshed !
I had a wonderful experience at the spa. The receptionist, Khun Yui, provided excellent service with great attention to detail and made me feel very welcome. Additionally, Khun Praew was very friendly and attentive. She focused on the specific areas I needed and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the session. Overall, I am very impressed with the service and would highly recommend this spa.
One of the best experiences I've had at the spa in Thailand 😍😍😍 Everything was perfect, from the place itself to the staff. Yui and Jang helped us to choose the best massages, perfect manicure and cosmetics as gifts for friends. And even gave us a few gifts from the spa ♥️ Which was surprise ! The service was the best of the best . I really want to come back again and highly recommend everyone to choose this place🙏🏻
This afternoon had the pleasure of experiencing a 90-minute aromatherapy massage at Santiburi Koh Samui, and I cannot recommend it enough! Therapists Cream and Mook were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the serene ambiance set the perfect tone for relaxation. Yui at reception was warm and friendly welcoming us with a beautiful smile and explaining all the options available to us Cream's technique was incredible, expertly addressing my tension points while ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the session. Mook complemented this beautifully with a soothing touch, creating a harmonious balance that left me feeling rejuvenated. The choice of essential oils was delightful, enhancing the overall experience with calming scents that lingered pleasantly. Both therapists were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, making this one of the best spa experiences I've ever had.
