Massages are sometimes a hit or miss in my opinion when traveling to Thailand, depending on who you gonna get that massage from, but here I received the best one yet in Koh Samui. Had a one hour authentic Thai Massage and it was amazing! The masseuse hit all the major points, which hurt as heck but yet so calm and relaxed, which resulted in a great nights sleep. I highly recommend this place!
7/4/2026 Siam Orchid Health Massage. After pounding the pavement all day in my flipflops, my feet bottoms became sore and rough so I decided to do something a little different than the usual reclining chair foot bath and go instead for a foot scrub, an experience I hadn't tried before - boy was I glad. The sawatdee-calling ladies on the sidewalk do the easy work of leading you in to where Kuhn PuChai does the hard work where he has you lay face down on the massage bed on a peppermint fragrance pillow. He first gently hand washes your foot bottoms before painting on a mask thoroughly along the bottom, sides and in-between the toes which may tickle. While waiting for the gel to dry set, he'll perform a quick leg massage. PuChai then uses a razor clam-like tool to peel away the mask, a cheese shredder to cull dead skin, a sanding block to fine-tune and then finishes off with soothing aloe lotions. A minor glitch of an unbeknownst blister that was grated off caused some discomfort but was apologetically and quickly contained with some healing aloe and a bandage. Tea and candies available by the payment desk. All finished, my foot bottoms felt like walking on silk pillows!
Love this place! Best massage salon for me. I walked by and decided to visit one time. In the end I think I went there seven times. Thai oil massage, foot massage and head, back, neck massage are my favorites. Lovely people and nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Koh Samui
We’ve tried several massage places in Koh Samui, and honestly, many of the bigger chains feel rushed and lack real care or passion. This place was completely different. Amy and Nadja listened closely to our needs and tailored the massage perfectly. It felt much more professional and attentive. Easily the best massage we had in all of Koh Samui!
