Description

Begin your adventure by meeting your captain and crew at the Sakiet River. Enjoy a chilled welcome drink and a quick safety briefing before setting off. Raise the sails and head into open water. Within 45 minutes, the 4/5 Islands appear on the horizon, a dramatic chain of limestone outcrops with sea caves and nesting bird colonies. Drift past slowly while you lounge on deck or join the crew at the helm. Fresh seasonal fruit is served. Continue the journey across turquoise seas. Feel the wind in your hair, sun on your face, and watch the coastline fade away as you head toward Koh Taen reef. Drop anchor at Koh Taen’s reef. Snorkel among colorful fish, swim in crystal-clear water, or try fishing with the gear provided. If the catch is right, the crew can even prepare sashimi straight from the sea. While moored in calm waters, enjoy your lunch. Choose an optional BBQ prepared by the crew (700 THB per person, around 1 kg of meat and fish each) or bring your own picnic. A short sail brings you to Koh Matsum, where the water shifts through shades of turquoise. Drop anchor in the shallows and paddleboard or wade ashore. Stroll the white sand beach, meet the island’s famous pigs, or grab a drink at the rustic beach restaurant. This spot is made for photos, with turquoise water and a relaxed island vibe. A landing fee of 50 THB per guest applies. Begin the return journey, once again gliding past the 4/5 Islands. Stretch out on deck with a drink in hand, music playing, and the sky turning red, gold, and pink as the sun begins to set over the Gulf of Thailand. Arrive back at Sakiet River, where the crew bids you farewell. Step off the catamaran with salty skin, a happy smile, and unforgettable memories of Samui’s hidden south.
