10/10 experience We had a warm welcome to this dreamy place! The food was really good and they were about to accommodate requests in any situation. We were asking the manager were she buyed this really cool dragon on the reception and she directly promised us to give us the dragon when we leave. So she did. I believe in humanity and we experienced the purest form of it at Pinnacle Resort! Thank you for everything. Sawadee krap❤️
Rooms were really nice. Had a garden view. But the electrical sockets were very loose. Not a single socket was working properly for plugging the charger. Initially we were given 2 rooms on the 3rd floor and in one of the rooms water from AC was leaking. After informing the reception they gave us 2 rooms on the ground floor. Same type rooms. We had to carry our luggages up and down the stairs. No staff were there to help us carry our lugguages. There was shortage of staff as informed by the lady at the reception. The food at the restaurant was good( we had lunch there on the last day of our trip) . It's the pool and the beach of this property that is awesome and makes it worthwhile. Overall the staff were courteous and quite responsive. FYI Coco palms is the adjacent property.
We have just stayed 6 days at this resort. We had an amazing time here. From the moment you step inside it feels like walking in a botanic garden. The bungalow was also great. Spacious, good air conditioning. Only the shower doesnt get so hot. It was hot, cold, hot, cold. But its so hot outside that a cold shower didnt bother us that much. The view from the swimming pool is amazing. Direct view at the sea. The staff was also very friendly and helpfull. They cleaned the bungalow every day. And put new towels every day. The breakfast was also good. Not a five star restaurant. But nothing to complain about. We didnt understand why there are so many reviews that its so remotely located. That there is nothing around. There is everything around. Just outside there are lots of other food places. There is even a 7-11. On 1200 meters. About 15 min walk. Also places where you can rent a scooter just couple of meters to walk. I didnt had a international licence with me. So could not rent a scooter. But you can just get a Grab taxi with the Grab app. And taxi is there in 2/3 min. And can take you to lots of places. Also the matrass was in the beginning very hard. But in the days after they put new Topper matresses in all the rooms. Wich made it softer to sleep. If you want a quiet relaxing place to stay, With natural environments, And still easy acces to all the highlights. I can definetely recommend to stay at this place.
It is my second time here and I will go back next year also to stay here. This time i was here for 3 weeks and it has everything you need, when you are looking for a place to calm down and refresh from stressfull live. The personal and also the food ist very nice. I am 30 years old and doesnt get bored here. Right outside on the road i got everything I need. Good food, a very good muay Thai Gym and cheap/good Massage also. Feels very familiar to be here after a few days. If u like a quiet place I can really recommend the pinnacle resort. Also the bungalows are beautifull. Thank you for the time ❤️
