Great hotel, right on probably the best beach in Koh Samui. Owner Khun Apple was very helpful, picking us up at the airport. Pool has a beautiful framed view of the bay. You pay a whole lot more for the other hotels on this beach. Clean and comfortable rooms.
I stayed at this hotel for one night in an emergency after being scammed by a nearby hotel with a very similar name. I had nowhere to go because the other hotel gave me an unsanitary room, which left me in a very stressful situation late at night. The lady at the reception welcomed me very late and was incredibly kind and understanding. Even though the hotel was fully booked, she upgraded me for free, which I’m truly grateful for. The place was very clean, the hotel itself is beautiful and front at the beach, and the staff showed unconditional kindness. Thank you again for your help during such a difficult moment I highly recommend this hotel ❤️❤️❤️
Do you love the sea, the beach, the sun, and tranquility? Come here. A great place for peace and quiet, with a beautiful beach, perhaps the most beautiful on Koh Samui. Extremely friendly staff. The owner made me feel at home. This is a place I will definitely return to and I highly recommend. Transfers, car and scooter rentals can be arranged. Restaurant on the beach.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent, very helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. A special thank you goes to the amazing owner – she was incredibly kind, helped us with everything, and made us feel truly welcome. The hotel and its facilities are a bit older, but that didn’t bother us at all and added to its charm. The food was excellent, both the breakfasts and the restaurant dishes. The beautiful pool, together with the stunning beach and bay, made this place perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. We would happily come back again.🐚🌴
We had such a fantastic stay at Bay Beach Resort in Koh Samui! The staff were absolutely amazing — so kind and attentive. They even went out of their way to sew my broken bag, which really showed how much they care about their guests. The beach right in front of the resort is breathtaking — soft sand, clear water, and a really relaxed, friendly vibe. It’s the perfect place to unwind, swim, and enjoy the beautiful views, as well take part in water sports. The whole atmosphere of the resort is calm and welcoming, and it’s clear the team takes great pride in making every stay special. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Koh Samui — we’ll definitely be back!
