Great stay, nice clean rooms and close to everything. Recommend for young people I would say. What made our stay nicer and nicer is the hospitality of the people working there. Nid was really nice and helpful. And the food at the pool was different level. Never thought I’d order this much food from the place I am staying in.
We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant at Love Beach Club. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, while the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming with stunning beachfront views. What truly made our visit special was the exceptional service from the management team. The managers were attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about ensuring every guest had a great experience. Their hospitality and attention to detail created a warm and friendly environment that made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. A big thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. we loved our stay here. an excellent mix of being able to enjoy the night life but also being able to relax. there were two pools which were so fun to chill in, and they were a couple paces from the beach which was fun to lay on and also had a couple fire shows! and their room service club sandwich was so yummy, saved us on days we were too tired to leave the room. really great proximity to everything we wanted to do. one thing i will say is, i read a lot of reviews about there being music consistently playing, which was true but did not bother us as we were quite far from it ;) staff were so sweet and kind, really added to our stay. thank you so much❤️
Overall the hotel was good. Be prepared that at the pool it’s little bit more volume but that’s normaal if you’re staying at a beach club hotel. Overall everything was good. We planned to stay 6 night but we left after 3 nights. The power already went out couple of times on day 2 and day 3 but this was during the day on day 4 it happened again and also during the night! That means we slept with NO AC haha. We went to the reception and asked for a explanation… the only thing they said: government…government fault ..okay we understand but it’s also not the problem from the the guest and in the beginning they were not nice to all to guest and didn’t show any empathy.. after some time they turned around and they offered people a refund if they want to leave and ofcourse a lot of people checked out immediately. Conclusion: it’s a nice hotel,price was fair also food was good but little more expensive then normal and the service… mhaw could be better. Location from this place was very good!
What a great location. Going to go Samui for the first time I thought it would be more of a hostel vibe but I was so pleasantly surprised. You cannot beat value for money at this hotel. The rooms were clean and modern and spacious even sharing in a twin room. The beds were comfortable the shower was larger enough and the staff were always so friendly and accommodating at all times. The room rate included a huge breakfast where you could choose up to six items and I also experienced the à la carte menu on my final day where there was a huge selection. The drinks the food the poolside daybeds where you can book massages were also just wonderful. These ladies were great masseuses and loved to spend quality time on pampering. Everything is within walking distance pretty much and you're in the heart of the main strip. Honestly, I was not expecting this hotel to be as good as what it was for the price that it cost. I highly recommend.
