The location is a little far from all the restaurants and the beach near the hotel is not good. You have to walk 5 to 10 minutes to get to a nice beach. The good thing about the location is that is very quiet. Pool towels were not available all the time. Great breakfast, and the rooms are very nice.
Great hotel for both adults and families. Three wonderful pools and the staff ever so curtiouse. Restaurant Prego Italian is wonderful and there are many other restaurants nearby. One thing I think the hotel needs to do is advise indian tourist from India is to preserve some etiquette by not wearing pyjamas at breakfast....so not pleasant for others. ....and before anyone says anything I'm indian myself but from the UK.
The staff were genuinely friendly throughout my stay, and the breakfast was actually quite good. The pillows were also some of the most comfortable I’ve had in a hotel for a long time. That being said, the room itself had several issues that I simply wouldn’t expect from a 5-star hotel, especially at around 7,500 THB for two nights. I was staying in a ground floor room, and privacy was far from ideal. People were constantly walking past and could easily look into the room, which made it difficult to feel comfortable. The balcony was full of mosquitoes, and I also found cockroaches inside the room. The hotel should really consider carrying out a proper pest control treatment, as this is not something guests should be dealing with. The biggest issue for me was the air conditioning. The automatic mode kept switching on and off throughout the night, and every time it did, it was loud enough to wake me up. I barely slept during my first night because of it. Another thing that stood out was the bathroom. The bum gun next to the toilet had almost no water pressure at all. This is not a hidden defect or something difficult to notice. Anyone cleaning the bathroom on a daily basis should immediately realise that it is barely working. It made me wonder how regularly rooms are being checked before guests arrive. Overall, the staff were great and the breakfast was enjoyable, but the room quality, maintenance issues, and pest problems fell well below what I would expect from a hotel advertising itself as a 5-star property.
A luxury stay with outstanding service. I would really like to thank the manager, Mr. Alexandre, and especially Kathleen, the Guest Manager, who is truly incredible and highly professional. Always the right words, the right gesture, and the right attention to detail. She is truly an exceptional asset to the hotel. They both made us feel genuinely on vacation and well taken care of. Regarding the service, everything was excellent and very professional. As for the location of the hotel, it is absolutely amazing. Chaweng Beach is beautiful, with warm and calm shallow water, perfect for a relaxing swim. There is plenty of space, so you never feel crowded, and the panoramic sea view is simply stunning. The rooms are spacious and clean. I originally booked seven nights and decided to extend my stay by six more nights, which says everything about how much I loved this hotel. A true favorite and a real coup de cœur. A special thank you again to the manager, Mr. Alexandre, and to Kateline, for their outstanding professionalism, kindness, and attention throughout my stay. Thank you again for this wonderful experience.
Fantastic hotel, great location, loved our stay. Short songthaew trip to wherever you want to go, but limited food options in vicinity if you have dietaries (vegan). The pools were absolutely amazing, well maintained, and we spent a lot of time enjoying them. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, and had heaps of options (again, vegan). The room we were in was exceptionally well-built and solid; note the stairs are quite steep so be mindful with small kids, and light switches were very confusing. Highly recommend!
