We had a wonderful stay at Tango Luxe Resort in Koh Samui. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a boutique retreat with a genuine sense of personalised luxury. Our villa (Villa No. 2) was absolutely delightful, with its own private plunge pool and secluded courtyard. The bedroom was beautifully designed with luxurious décor, while the bathroom felt positively regal. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, making it a truly relaxing place to stay. The staff were exceptional throughout our visit, but a very special thank you goes to Ismail, the restaurant manager. We were celebrating my son's 30th birthday, and Ismail went above and beyond to make the occasion memorable. His attention to detail, kindness and professionalism were outstanding. He also shared invaluable recommendations for the rest of our journey around Thailand, and his knowledge of the country was incredibly helpful. The food was consistently excellent, with a varied menu and something to suit everyone. The wine and drinks selection was equally impressive, and, as it was a special celebration, we treated ourselves to a bottle of champagne that was no more expensive than we would have expected to pay in a good restaurant in the UK. I'd also like to give a heartfelt thank you to Nong, who gave me three massages during our stay. She is a truly lovely person, and her care, skill and attentiveness left me feeling healthier, more relaxed and thoroughly pampered. The only small piece of constructive feedback I would offer is that Villa No. 2 has an unexpected step in the pathway leading to the front door. Wearing sunglasses, I didn't notice it and had a small trip. A little extra marking or highlighting of the step could help prevent others from doing the same. Other than that, our stay was exceptional in every way. We would happily return and would recommend Tango Luxe Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious and genuinely welcoming place to stay in Koh Samui.
This hotel was fabulous and the restaurant/bar was the icing on the cake . All staff were exceptional nothing seemed forced. The front row room was amaxing our kids loved it with their own pool and on wing to the villa. The manager of the restaurant is professional and provided great service to all clientele from famlies to the instagramers! His leadsership was exceptional.
The rooms are well appointed and true of descriptions on line. The location is quiet as it’s down a lane way. The rooms are private with leafy surrounds and walkway to the main pool and bar and restaurant area. Turn down service was a nice surprise upon returning to room after dinner. The plunge pool is very refreshing at end of the day and it’s nice to return and chill out. If you want an outside couch upgrade from the base villa. We arranged transfer from airport via accommodation was efficient and air conditioning was lovely and driver friendly face on the crowd at airport. Highly recommend for a chill out so give it a crack
We stayed at this hotel for three nights and everything was absolutely PERFECT ! Starting with the staff, always smiling, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. A special mention to Isma, the manager, who handled every single one of our requests with great efficiency. We stayed from Thursday to Saturday and had the chance to enjoy their restaurant, Sea La Vie, where there was a great atmosphere every evening and the food was delicious. The location is also ideal, close to the airport while still being very peaceful, and near beautiful temples as well as several night markets. Safe to say, we’ll definitely be coming back here on our next trip to Koh Samui.
