Wish I could give 7/5 for service. The amount of kind touches, attentiveness, detail were above and beyond consistently. The top service hotel I have ever experienced. Consistently remembering my name when seeing me out, and seemingly chomping at the bit to keep me from being inconvenienced in even the smallest ways. I cannot express my appreciation and respect for the fantastic staff and their incredible attitude and outstanding service. Place is very peaceful, and the on site restaurants are great - one Michelin recommended. Don't expect a party, but this was low season. Also a little out of the way from the more happening areas which some may prefer, I don't, but a reasonable sacrifice to have this experience. Booked with chase the edit and got the upgrade and $100 credit along with 4 drink vouchers due to ihg status.
Good value for your money. I’ve stayed at other resorts on the island but Kimpton is one I’d be willing to repeat. The sea view room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice balcony to watch the sunrise. The service is spectacular and the food on premise is good enough you don’t need to venture out if you don’t want to. Some days we didn’t. I also like that you can walk to your room and not need a buggy to get there. I went in June and it was not crowded. The ocean is a bit rockier here compared to where I stayed last time.
We stayed here for four days to celebrate a birthday, and from the moment we arrived, everything was impeccable. The architecture, the design, the hospitality. The lobby’s iconic view was even more striking in person than we’d imagined. What made the stay truly remarkable was the hospitality of K. Yui, who went out of her way to exceed our expectations at every turn. Her genuine warmth and her interest in creating a memorable experience made all the difference, a refreshing thing to encounter in an industry that at times could feel transactional. K. Apple at the Fish House was also outstanding. Every time we saw her, she engaged with us thoughtfully and delivered service of the highest standard. Everyone we met was warm, has shown genuine kind of interest in making sure our stay was memorable. We left wondering how they manage to assemble such a kind and genuinely hospitable team.
We stayed at this hotel for a week, and I had to leave a well-deserved 5-star review for the hotel, the service, and the amazing hospitality we received from the staff. The entire experience was truly exceptional. Everyone was always welcoming and friendly, and the staff were available for every request and happy to help with anything we needed. A huge thank you to Touch and Moss for taking such great care of us and making our vacation absolutely perfect with their outstanding service. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very relaxing. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully kept. The food was excellent with a wide variety of high-quality and delicious options. Breakfast was especially amazing. The dining staff made sure everything was always organized and running perfectly, always with kindness and a genuine willingness to help. This was truly a perfect vacation, and we can’t wait to come back!
Rooms were immaculately clean, perfectly large enough for two adults, and had nice views of surrounding greenery from the balcony, even though our rooms overlooked one of the three pools rather than the beach. The beach itself is beautiful and has exceptionally calm water to swim in. Staff were as kind and helpful as could be. which always says good things about the establishment in my book. The front desk was super helpful with booking taxis from/to the airport, as well as booking one of the many tours available. The breakfast buffet takes up two rooms and includes Thai, Western, and Indian foods. Especially thanks to the chef Deepak While manning the egg station, he made us dosa and Indian tea, which was one of the best Indian teas I've ever had. Also thanks to the chef banana His name is also very unique.
