Wow, I felt so relaxed the moment I sat down, greeted with a Butterfly Pea tea, cooling towel, and confirming my choice of services. So inviting and warm personalities from everyone! I ended up getting a deep tissue massage and herbal compress. The knowledge and technique my therapist had was absolutely amazing. She hit all the right spots giving great relief! I have a laborious job and of course had pains from traveling so the muscle and joint relief was GLORIOUS. The deep pressure was perfect for my liking but I know it could be too much for others, so definitely be aware of your preferences. The therapist kept checking in, so I am sure she could've easily held back if she needed to. The herbal compress was a great addition for just everyday stress. Being on vacation the herbal smell, warm feeling, and relaxing pressure definitely allowed me to relax, forget any worries, destress, and rebalance my senses and nervous system. And the hospitality did not end there, upon exiting I was greeted with a nice warm towel, ginger tea, and thai taro pudding ☺️. All my senses were satisfied throughout my experience and thank you Le Karn Spa & Beauty for such great care and attention!! 🥰🫰🏽💆🏽♀️
I had a 90-minute head spa with facial treatment and overall it was a lovely experience. I had to wait 30 minutes before my appointment, but they kindly offered a free foot massage, which turned out to be one of the best I’ve had on the island! The head spa itself was wonderful, with shampooing, masks, treatments, and steam using different techniques. The facial was also very relaxing, and my skin felt incredibly smooth afterwards. The only downside was that the last 30 minutes were spent blow-drying and styling my hair. I have naturally curly, frizzy hair, and unfortunately the stylist didn’t ask how I wanted it finished. I arrived with my natural curls, but after a long blow-dry with a small brush, my curls were gone and my hair became quite frizzy. It felt disappointing that one-third of the head spa time was dedicated to styling that I hadn’t requested. I would have preferred to spend more time on the spa treatment itself. My suggestion would be to ask clients beforehand whether they would like their hair styled, especially those with curly hair. Overall, a relaxing experience with great service, but this small change would make it even better.
An absolutely wonderful spa experience from start to finish! The facility is spotlessly clean, and the calming décor instantly puts you at ease the moment you walk in. The staff are professional, friendly, and communicate excellently in English ;) The massage was top-notch skilled, professional, and exactly what I needed. We booked the private room for two, which was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and very relaxing. Perfect for a couples' treat! What really stood out was the complimentary drinks and snacks upon departure a thoughtful and well-presented touch that left us feeling truly pampered. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a quality spa experience. Will definitely be coming back!
Everything is the best! There is a lot of attention to details, tea and hot/cold towels before and after massage, everybody is so nice! The massage is perfect too! Definitely must visit place The prices is 100% affordable for such quality
