I've been here three times already and will definitely come back again. Every therapist is attentive, professional, and highly skilled. I highly recommend this place!
Receive a massage from a local legend! I chose Siam Massage as it was one of the highest rated and on the cheaper side along the strip. Don’t be fooled by the bigger salons with all the ladies trying to get you to come inside! The masseuse I had at Siam has been providing massages in Samui for over 30 years! Apprentices come and learn from her - because shes the best in town! Amazing pressure and a traditional authentic Thai massage complete with back cracks! I wish I had come sooner in my trip so I could have gone more than once. Definitely recommend.
Truly the best on Koh Samui. I had back pain, and they knew exactly what they were doing and where the pressure points were. You walk out feeling reborn. We have been to many salons, but this one was truly the best. The people are very friendly and really pay attention to your body. The interior is a bit simple, but don’t let that discourage you, because these are truly the best massages. Prices are also very good.
We had the most incredible experience at Siam Beauty & Massage during our stay in Koh Samui. My boyfriend and I both booked a head, back, and neck massage — and it was absolutely outstanding. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine kindness. Every single therapist was exceptionally friendly, professional, and made us feel completely comfortable and cared for. The quality of the massage was truly exceptional. It was honestly the best massage I have ever had. The therapists were incredibly skilled and intuitive, adjusting the pressure perfectly and targeting exactly the right points. I had been dealing with back pain beforehand, and after the treatment, the pain was genuinely gone. They took the time to respond individually to our needs and worked with impressive precision and expertise. The combination of outstanding technical skill and heartfelt hospitality makes this place very special. We are so grateful for the experience and would absolutely give five well-deserved stars. I’ve had many massages in my life – both back home in the Netherlands and during my travels through Thailand – but this experience truly stood out. This was already my sixth massage in Thailand, and honestly, I haven’t often felt such a high level of skill and care. The therapists here are absolute specialists. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere is calm and professional, and you can immediately sense that they know exactly what they are doing. Every movement felt precise yet relaxing, with just the right amount of pressure. I chose the oil massage this time, and it was simply wonderful – deeply soothing, but also therapeutic for my body. I could feel the tension leaving my muscles, especially in my back and shoulders. After the session, I felt lighter, refreshed, and incredibly relaxed. What really impressed me is the combination of technique and attention. They don’t just go through the motions – they listen to your body and adapt the massage accordingly. That level of expertise is rare, even compared to some of the top salons I’ve visited in the Netherlands. I’ll definitely be coming back here, and next time I’m curious to try one of the other treatments as well.
