Amazing time at this spa. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The ambiance is clean and calming. There are many options for various types of massages and facials. I had the relaxing massage and it was lovely. I loved the private room, clean environment and calming music and space. Would definitely come again and recommend!
Spend 7 days at Hyatt Regency Koh Samui and my sister and I visited the spa twice, both times the service was exceptional, from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with refreshments, then taken to our treatment room which was spotless, our treatments by April and Jasmin were fantastic, before departing we were given tea and biscuits and heat packs put on our shoulders.We felt completely pampered. Would recommend this spa to anyone that is visiting Koh Samui
