We had a fabulous stay at Bandara Resort - the meals, especially the variety of culturally different choices, were exceptional. The room was wonderful and the amenities at the resort were top class. What really made our stay so memorable and enjoyable were your staff - they are the most beautiful group of people we have ever met - could not fault anyone! From the moment we arrived, to the minute we left they were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Bandara - have already recommended to friends and family! The ONLY thing that I would like to mention is we had the meal package and did not realize we could not use it for lunch on the last day. We assumed we had a full 10 days' worth of meal choices (2 meals/day). Thank you so much for a great holiday. Look forward to staying and seeing you all again.
Our stay at Bandara Spa Resort Koh Samui was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The warm reception with refreshing drinks and cold towels was just the beginning of an unforgettable experience. The entire resort is beautifully maintained and spotless. The gardens, pathways, pools, and beach areas are cared for with incredible attention to detail. Our room was stunning, comfortable, and impeccably cleaned every day. Everything felt fresh, luxurious, and relaxing. One feature we absolutely loved was the resort app. It made everything so easy and convenient. Whether it was ordering in-room dining, requesting housekeeping, arranging transportation, booking activities, or even asking for small essentials like toiletries, everything was just a few taps away. The service was fast, efficient, and always delivered with a smile. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The variety of food was incredible, and every dish felt freshly prepared with care and passion. The quality exceeded our expectations every single day. The beach was simply perfect—clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Despite being a family-friendly resort, the atmosphere was surprisingly calm and relaxing. It was the ideal place to unwind and enjoy paradise. What truly made this resort special, however, was the staff. Every single team member was kind, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure guests had the best possible experience. They regularly checked in to see if everything was okay and always went above and beyond to help. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel at home from the very first day. Everything came together perfectly: the beautiful surroundings, exceptional service, fantastic food, comfort, convenience, and the wonderful atmosphere. This was honestly one of the best travel experiences we have ever had. Bandara Spa Resort Koh Samui completely enchanted us. It wasn’t just a vacation—it felt like pure magic. We would return every year without hesitation and wholeheartedly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a truly special and unforgettable stay. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories. Lovely hotel in a good location. Many massage places opposite and convenience stores are a 5 min walk max. The start of Fisherman's village was around a 10 min walk which you could walk along the road or beach. Also on a route where the Songthaews (local "bus") passing through the main street. Hotel stretched to the beach with plenty of sunbeds. Had breakfast each morning which was a wide selection and the same everyday, with fresh fruit, fruit juices, tea, coffee, eggs cooked by the chef, kids station, and sweet and savoury dishes. We spent 5 nights there and couldn't fault our trip. When we arrived Thiri greeted us and made us feel welcome, and was there to say goodbye too. Only one issue with the kettle not working when we arrived where reception sent us a new one immediately. Overall would highly recommend this hotel, thank you.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a wonderful stay at Bandara Spa & Resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff were genuine, incredibly friendly, and very helpful—nothing was ever too much trouble. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the entire property is beautifully maintained. The pools are especially well looked after and a great place to relax. One of the highlights for us was the stunning view—watching the sunrise on the beach was absolutely beautiful. We also really enjoyed dining with those amazing views, which made the whole experience even more special. It’s also within walking distance to Fisherman’s Village, which we absolutely loved visiting. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would definitely come back. Highly recommend!
We stayed at Bandara Spa Resort Samui as a family with two teenagers, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent—about a 5-minute walk from the main street of Fisherman’s Village in Bo Phut. We really enjoyed the area, which offers a perfect balance between local charm and trendy spots, with great small restaurants and a beautiful night market featuring live music and a lively yet relaxed atmosphere. Compared to Chaweng Beach, which felt a bit too crowded and intense for us, Fisherman’s Village was just right—we liked it so much that we extended our stay in the area for another week. As for the hotel itself, the rooms are a bit outdated and the water pressure in the shower was quite weak. It’s not a luxurious room experience, but it does provide everything needed for a comfortable family stay. We stayed for a week, and if there had been availability, we would have gladly stayed another week. The common areas are truly beautiful. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, and full of lush greenery, with small ponds, water plants, trees, and flowers—making it very pleasant to walk around. The pool is also excellent—spacious, clean, and with nice shaded areas. The hotel restaurant was unfortunately not very good. The food didn’t meet our expectations, and in one case even caused some discomfort, so we chose not to dine there again. On the other hand, breakfast is very good—rich, varied, and served by a friendly and welcoming staff. I would also like to mention that the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service—we used it to get to the mall in Chaweng, which was very convenient and definitely not something to take for granted. In summary, this is a quiet, spacious, and pleasant hotel with a fantastic location and a great atmosphere. Despite a few minor drawbacks in the rooms and restaurant, the overall experience was excellent, and we highly recommend it. Enjoy! 🌿
