Even closer to the sea, an open-air deck houses round tables surrounded by cushioned wicker couches backlit by coconut trees, breathtaking panoramic sea views, and the soft sounds of the Gulf of Thailand. Chef Dario's lunch and dinner menus, characterized by harmonies and contrasts, perfectly complement the serene scene, which regularly features live entertainment. Sauces are infused with aromatic herbs while grilled seafood reflects a rare culinary flair. For lunch, Italian dishes combine with lighter options, including select salads, pizza, and panini. As the sun goes down, ambient lighting sets a captivating scene that perfectly compliments the dinner menu. Comprising homemade Italian specialties, like Italian minestrone with pasta; freshly grilled offerings, including branzino and veal tenderloin; and authentic Italian desserts ranging from limone of ricotta cheesecake to a light yogurt parfait semifreddo, it also features a premier selection of Old and New World wines.
