We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and especially at the restaurant, where we ate almost every day during our stay. The servers were incredibly kind, friendly, and always smiling. They were just as warm and attentive with us as they were with our children, which truly meant a lot to us. A special thank you to Dar Dar, Myo, BoBo, and Min — they were amazing throughout our stay. We would also like to mention the housekeeping staff, who were absolutely lovely and did a wonderful job, as well as the reception team, who were always welcoming and helpful. Their kindness and positive attitude really made a difference in how we experienced our vacation. Thanks to them, we had such an enjoyable and memorable stay. We are very happy and grateful, as they truly contributed to making our holiday so special!
We originally booked Sea Valley Hotel for just one week, but after only two days, we loved it so much that we decided to spend our entire remaining time, three weeks in total, right here until our flight back home. We enjoyed every single moment! The location is absolutely perfect if you are looking for peace, quiet, and privacy. The rooms are incredibly large and spacious with everything you could need, and you can really feel the amazing attention to detail and to the guests' comfort throughout the resort. The pool is fantastic, and the food is wonderful with a great variety, especially the breakfast. But what truly makes this place unforgettable is the team. The lovely ladies at reception - Mos, Ying, Kate, and Boom. were all so helpful and charming and made us feel so welcome. The absolute highlight of our stay was the morning breakfast team; a huge personal thank you to Myo, Dar Dar, Bo Bo, and Ton Ton. They went above and beyond every single day, being so incredibly kind and constantly anticipating our every need before we even had to ask. I wish I knew the names of the entire waiting staff, because absolutely everyone was wonderful. We also want to thank Tan Tan from the maintenance team who was always so nice and kept the pool area flawless. Sea Valley Hotel combines professional hospitality with a warm, genuine touch. We will definitely be back!
Way too expensive for what is it. Only good thing about resort is that beach is in front of your villa. Breakfast is very very poor ,super limited. Shocking if you think that fruit market is 4 min away from hotel and it’s ridiculously cheap,they could easily offer way better if they wanted. Rooms are very simple ,old style,with nothing complementary apart from water.(coffee you need to pay ) Cleaning is ok when happens,apparently they clean only on request and not on second day . Villa is nice and cold . Beach is really good and private,quiet. So I would say for 200/ night should be way better offer in terms of food and general feeling. Poor hospitality unfortunately. Not good value for money.
We really love this hotel and restaurant. There isn’t a large breakfast buffet, but it’s not really needed. You order from the menu and they prepare eggs, porridge, pancakes, and waffles for you. Everything is freshly made and very tasty. There is also a selection of desserts, a few hot dishes, 3–4 kinds of fruit, and excellent coffee. For lunch and dinner, besides Thai cuisine, there are also European options. Everything is cooked very deliciously — both the traditional Thai dishes and the rest. For children there are soups, cutlets, mashed potatoes, pasta, and pizza, so it’s very convenient to stay here with kids. The pool has three different depth levels. The beach is perfect most of the time. During our stay there were some jellyfish, but overall the water is usually clean and the sea is calm. Since Lipa Noi is a very quiet and peaceful area, with no parties, bars, or restaurants nearby, I recommend this hotel for families with children — it’s perfect for that kind of stay. It’s also a great choice for those who have a car or a motorbike and are happy to get around the island. I honestly don’t quite understand the people who give this hotel a low rating. For us, it’s one of our favorite places on Samui, and every time we visit the island we try to come back here.
