I am Shane, born and raised in Bangkok. I will not take you to the Grand Palace. I'll take you beyond the tourist trail , to the Bangkok I actually know. Hidden temples, quiet corners and local rituals that most visitors never find, because nobody ever shows them the way.
What we'll see & do together:
- ✨I'll take you to feed sacred turtles and enormous koi at one of my favourite hidden temples , a place of breathtaking beauty that I've never seen in any guidebook.
- ✨A secret Chinese temple tucked deep in the city , I'll help you ask for luck, light incense and absorb the atmosphere of a genuine centuries-old place of worship.
- ✨ Thai rituals for happiness, luck and your own wishes , I'll bring you to the giant Golden Buddha where we can make an offering together, or tie a sacred sai sin thread on your wrist for protection and good fortune.
- ✨ I'll show you the flower market and Phuan Malai , how to buy 50–100 roses for 10$, and I'll explain what this market actually is. I promise it's nothing like you imagine.
- ✨The Majestic Giant Golden Buddha: Stand in awe before the city's most magnificent and largest golden Buddha statue, a jaw-dropping sight perfect for unforgettable photos.
- ✨The Ultimate Authentic Floating Market: Forget the overcrowded, commercialized markets. I am taking you to a stunning, hidden gem where real locals go (and a lot of traditional longtail boats).
- Witness the beautiful morning ritual of giving alms to monks directly from the water (available on the early-morning tour).
