Description

Take your diving to the next level and get certified to 30 metres with the PADI Advanced Open Water Course in one of Thailand’s most spectacular Marine National Parks with Blue View Divers, Phi Phi’s first PADI 5 Star Eco Dive Centre.

This course is about gaining skills and confidence through exciting new dive experiences. There are no confined sessions or final exam. Instead, you’ll complete 5 Adventure Dives while exploring some of Phi Phi’s best dive sites.

Unlike large, high-volume dive centres, we focus on small groups, personalised instruction and flexible schedules, giving you plenty of time with your Instructor both above & below the water.

We offer fully remote signup, online class and we can meet at our office OR at the pier if it is more convenient for you!

There are 2 required dives; Deep and Navigation Dives, plus three additional Adventure Dives chosen according to conditions, availability and your interests.

Before Arrival

Register with Blue View Divers and connect your PADI account.

You will receive access to your official PADI Advanced Open Water eLearning 24 hours before your course and can complete it in your own time before your selected Adventure Dive.

SAMPLE SCHEDULE:

Day 1 – Half Day Trip / 2 Adventure Dives (Morning or Afternoon)

Meet your PADI Instructor, complete your course briefing and prepare your equipment.

Head out for 2 Dives around Phi Phi Marine National Park (Bida Islands and Phi Phi Leh Island) exploring our local reefs, walls and underwater landscapes.

Depending on the schedule and conditions, dives may include:

Day 2 – Half Day Trip / 2 Adventure Dives (Morning or Afternoon)

Night Dive - 2 hour trip nearby the shore will be on Day 1 or Day 2 depending on our schedule

After successfully completing all five dives and the required elearning, you’ll receive your PADI Advanced Diver cert, allowing you to dive to a maximum depth of 30 metres.

Learn about shark and ray conservation diving in an area where blacktip reef sharks are regularly encountered. The specialty includes some theory & conservation-focused training alongside your Advanced course.

Important Information

• Minimum stay of 3 nights on Koh Phi Phi Don required
• Must read the RSTC Diver Medical Form and declare any YES answers
• Over 65 or anyone with YES on medical required to provide clearance
• Must be Open Water Certified
• Must have diving experience within 1 year
• 5 dives included
• eLearning Materials will be sent 24 hours before the start date
• Required eLearning chapters must be completed before the dives
• You must register with the dive centre, and contact directly upon booking to begin your learning journey

• Dive sites are chosen based on weather, conditions and safety
• Please stay in Phi Phi Don Town near Tonsai Pier and not at northern beaches
