- No ticket provided for arrivals after 8:00 PM
- Guests traveling independently to the pier must arrive before 8:00 PM
- Hotel Pick-Up:
- For hotels outside central Chaweng, Bo Phut, and Choeng Mon, a surcharge of THB 200–300 per person applies
- To avoid the surcharge, join from a central pick-up point such as Central Shopping Mall Chaweng
