The boat departs from Thong Krut fishing village and takes approximately 30 minutes to reach the neighboring islands of Koh Mudsum and Koh Tan, which are free from mass tourism.
Koh Mudsum
The first stop is Koh Mudsum, a small island with white sandy beaches and no electricity or running water. A small bar is available, and the island is known for its unusual woolen pigs resting on the beach.
Snorkeling at Koh Tan
From Koh Mudsum, the boat continues to Koh Tan for snorkeling. Snorkeling equipment is provided free of charge to explore the clear, calm waters that may reveal rare sea creatures.
Lunch
Lunch is freshly prepared at a small beachside restaurant on Koh Tan. The traditional meal offers a range of options to suit all tastes without being overly spicy, served with views of the Gulf of Thailand.
Exploring Koh Tan
After lunch, time is allotted to explore the island. You can walk along paved paths through a mangrove forest or relax on the beach. Informational signposts provide details about the local plants and wildlife.
Following the tour, you will be transferred privately back to your accommodation by air-conditioned minibus from the Thong Krut harbor.
