Description
Experience authentic Muay Thai at Buakaw Village Koh Samui, the official Banchamek Gym on the island. Whether you're a complete beginner, a fitness enthusiast, or an experienced martial artist, our structured 90-minute group class is designed to help you learn authentic Muay Thai techniques in a fun, supportive, and motivating environment.
Each session is led by professional Thai trainers with real fighting experience, who will guide you through warm-up exercises, fundamental techniques, pad work, combinations, conditioning, and cool-down exercises. Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels, and our trainers will adapt the training to match your experience and abilities.
**Daily Group Class Schedule**
• 08:30 AM – 10:00 AM
• 04:30 PM – 06:00 PM *(Kids welcome, ages 7–14)*
• 06:00 PM – 07:30 PM
Your experience includes boxing gloves, training equipment, and access to locker and shower facilities. Recovery Zone access is available as an optional add-on for guests who wish to relax and recover after training.
