Its a good place with a great location, just a bit on the expensive side. Big nice looking place with really nice pool areas (2), helpfull staff, good wifi, check in 15 checkout 11 which is not ideal times. Walking distance from everywhere in chaweng main street. Great beach area with lots of places to sit, they even have sauna and ice bath. And for me nights were quiet.

Some bites on leg hopefully just mosquito Staff responded immediately regarding this Breakfast buffet is ok, there is a decent selection including fruit, vegetables, coffee, cereal, bread but: Egg station doesnt know how to cook eggs over easy correctly ie; they were over cooked, didnt like the sausage selection. Am used to Canadian breakfast sausages and bacon. There were no croissants.
We had an great experience time here. The reception and Location is also very nice. It’s just 100-200 metre walk to Central Samui. Greater than expected. There are hot, cool pool and sauna in swimming area which is very nice for this room price. Breakfast is also good. But the toilet inside the room is quite old but never mind, we don’t spend all time inside the toilet, of course.
Stayed from 25th to 30th March 2026. The resort benefits from a prime location and a generously sized property, both of which create strong first impressions. However, beyond this, the experience struggles to consistently meet the expectations associated with its pricing and positioning. Our initial stay in the Deluxe Garden View room (3 nights) revealed dated interiors and a rather basic overall finish. The bathroom, in particular, felt below par for a property of this category. Additionally, the persistent mosquito issue across the resort was hard to overlook and detracted from overall comfort. The breakfast offering lacked both variety and consistency. Replenishment was irregular, and the service, while courteous, lacked the attentiveness and energy one would expect. The omelette station was a rare bright spot. Evenings felt noticeably underwhelming, especially in comparison to nearby venues such as Ark Bar Beach Club and Elephant Beach Club, which offer a far more engaging atmosphere. Upgrading to a higher room category for the final two nights did enhance the stay, though it also highlighted the disparity in quality within the room categories. Overall, while the location and scale are compelling, the product, service refinement, and experiential depth fall short of what one would expect at this price point.
Love the quick walk to the beach. Had awful neighbours one day, not the fault of the hotel at all and was moved rooms. I didnt care what room it was but was happy to just be quiter. Especially as my friend was unwell at the time. Lovely place, great breakfast. Could use a few touch ups here and there but otherwise would stay again.
