I stayed at BedTime Hotel for 3 days and the experience was great. Overall, a very comfortable stay, the toilet was clean, the bed was comfy. The staff was helpful and kind. They provide toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel, as well as a hair dryer if needed. There also is a small gym on the fourth floor, just a few dumbbells, a bench, and a bike. The location is great, a very short stroll to the beach and walkable 15 mins to the main heart of Chaweng. My only nitpick would be that I had a room facing opposite a mall and at night the ads playing for the stadium can be heard which might be a problem if you are a light sleeper.
Due to war in Iran, property agreed to refund us as we could not travel to Iran. Very nice gesture.
Booked this hotel for 3 nights during our trip to Koh Samui. The room was perfect for what we needed. Clean and comfortable. The staff were also very friendly. They supplied guests with a complimentary coffee/juice and snacks in the morning which we thought was very kind! The location was perfect as it was walking distance from most shops/restaurants and Chaweng beach. There was some road noise but this slowed down later at night. Over all, would highly recommend this hotel.
Love the decor, service and location of the hotel. The cat branding and lighting is sooo cute. The only thing is the walls and windows are so thin and you can hear everything outside and next door, when people shower, traffic and I couldn’t sleep till post midnight. Bring ear plugs and it would be a good place
