Loved the location, outside of busy Chaweng area, but close enough to walk there. The hotel is right on the beach. The room was overall OK, but the shower was awful, probably something to do with the hot water pumps. Dining option of the hotel (breakfast and pool bar) are totally outdated, with not enough variety, but there are plenty of choices around.
The beachfront villas are really lovely – very cozy atmosphere and beautiful views of the sea. The surroundings of the hotel are very nice and relaxing. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, although some of the furniture and equipment are a bit old and could use some renovation. The staff are very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant.
my boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel in Feb. we were in the deluxe pool access room for 2 nights. the room was well sized- but, i don’t recommend staying in these rooms. the bathrooms had mold, and the air conditioning unit seemed dirty. my boyfriend ended up developing airway irritation and having shortness of breath, coughing, and wheezing- which I think may have been a reaction to the mold and dirty air conditioning unit. however, the front desk staff did try their best to address our concerns, and cleaned the AC unit promptly, which I appreciated. on our third night, we moved to the beachfront villas. highly recommend these rooms more! no mold issues in the villa we stayed in, and AC unit was working perfect. rooms were very big, clean, and much more comfortable compared to the poolside rooms. steps away from chaweng beach and a beachside pool this hotel does have a decent location, and staff are friendly. poolside snack bar has cheap yet tasty food and drinks, with friendly and fast service. as well, the beach is stunning in-front of the hotel. i’d recommend staying here, if you’re able to book the beachside villas!
