Aloha!!! We are a family of three and traveled from Oahu to Koh Samui for our summer vacation.. We absolutely loved staying at Crystal Bay Beach Resort, a gem of a place right on the water... The staff are so friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We stayed 7 nights and enjoyed every moment:) Much Mahalo, What an amazing time we had with you!!!
We came in May for 7 nights with our family of 4 (1 baby, 1 toddler) and had a wonderful experience in Crystal Bay Beach Resort. We stayed in the Grand double room with sea view and it was spacious enough for us. The view from the room was amazing, we could enjoy the sunrise from there. Service was great, staff is very kind and made our holiday memorable. The swimming pool was clean. The location of the hotel is perfect. We would recommend this place to any of our friends who travel to Koh Samui.
Such a great experience for me and the family. The staff are incredible and we have to do a special shout out for Min and Bonnie who work there who were fantastic. The location was great being a short stroll to one of Thailands best beaches. The food at the restaurant was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about the place. Made our Thailand trip perfect. The fact you could be snorkeling one second and head back to the hotel to get a massage overlooking the ocean is just incredible. I highly recommend it. :)
I stayed with my group for 3 days during our visit to Samui, the rooms were spotless and spacious. The staff was the sweetest, especially the guy at the restaurant that served amazing food(vegetarian as well). The view and the ocean-side massage space is the best thing about the resort! 10/10 recommend
We had the pleasure of staying here for two nights. The hotel's setting is incredible and the view of the cove from our bedroom was second to none. The bed was super comfy, the air conditioning was quiet, the staff were really friendly and the breakfast was the best we've had on our trip. We absolutely loved our stay.
