We have arrived on Sunday early morning, hotel arranged pick up to the hotel from the airport.The driver was waiting for us outside, super friendly and journey was very comfortable. Upon arrival in the hotel(way before checking time) we have been offered alternative room which was available straight away, without anticipation we have agreed! Fantastic choice, room Nr1, clean, and lovely decorated,mini bar, coffee facility, water and mini bar(mini bare subject to charge) Body wash, toiletries provided which was a very nice touch. Room have been cleaned while we have been relaxing by the gorgeous pool. You can go down few steps to private beach and comfortable loungers. Amazing fire show every night,and Dj nights on Saturday with v Club vibes. Housekeeping team are fantastic,friendly and kind! One of the socets didn't,work but we notified the team, plenty others in the room. Toilet and the shower in very close proximity not our favourite but duable. Very comfy bed!!! Water replenished twice a day, and if ask can get more(filtered water) Restaurant! OMG! The best service we have received in Thailand yet! Thank you to the bar, restaurant, beach bar team!The food is delicious, some might think is on the pricey side, but I do not agree! For the quality, and the portion sizes, great value for money and sooo delicious!! Breakfast,superb to start the day, salmon avocado on toast, salmon or blt bagel...and much more!!Will definitely recommend to friends and family! 5🌟 ++ THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE TEAM💪♥️ R&G
The rooms were smaller than expected but enough for the few nights we stayed. Bed was on the firmer side but nice. Offered housekeeping daily. The music at night was no issue once you were in your room! The location is perfect! You are able to walk along the beach or along the strip with all the shops and restaurants. Having the free access to the pool/ beach chairs was amazing! There are floaties in the water right out front of the hotel. The water right in front is quite shallow and has a wave wall which caused the water to be VERY hot, if you walk about 100 meters you hit open water where you can swim! I’d recommend this hotel!
We had the most incredible stay at The Elephant Beach Resort and honestly couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely amazing — so warm, welcoming and genuinely attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. Our bungalow was spotless and beautifully maintained. The room was very clean, fresh and comfortable, and the entire resort is clearly looked after with great care and pride. The pool area is a standout — stunning, vibrant and full of great energy with music playing, creating such a fun but still relaxing atmosphere. It’s the perfect balance between chilled tropical vibes and a lively holiday feel. The location is also ideal — close to everything you need, making it so easy to explore Koh Samui while still feeling like you’re in your own little paradise retreat. We absolutely loved our stay and would 100% return. Highly, highly recommend to anyone visiting Koh Samui!
Without a doubt one of the nicest resorts in Chaweng Koh Samui. Eaten here many times before but booked a lovely villa this year. Placed in a great location close to everything you’d ever need in a busy part of the centre. Staff couldn’t do enough to help, particularly after I needed emergency dental treatment. Food is brilliant, and good value. Totally recommended. Villa is superb but probably not child friendly.
