Fab spot perfectly located in the middle of Bangrak beach. Lovely family who own this pair of villas - beautiful and traditionally decorated with large bathrooms. Great pool, stunning views. Very reasonable too!
This was the first time since we arrived in Thailand that we truly felt like we were experiencing the local Thai atmosphere — in the best way possible. The hotel is a small and charming wooden-style property that gives you a very authentic and relaxing feeling. The swimming pool is clean and inviting (our son almost didn’t want to get out of it!), with comfortable areas for relaxing, sunbathing, and even a massage area offering treatments at very reasonable prices. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with any request or question we had. Breakfast needs to be ordered the evening before by filling out a form, which was different from other hotels we stayed at, but everything was well organized. Our room had a beautiful sea view and was large, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were excellent and included mosquito nets, which added to the authentic island experience. The bathroom was spacious and clean, although the water pressure in the shower was a little weak (my wife didn’t really like that part). The location of the hotel is good — close to the ferry pier, although a bit farther from Fisherman’s Village night market. Overall, this place provides a true Thai island experience, with wonderful hospitality, a peaceful atmosphere, and great value for money. Absolutely worth every penny.
★★★★☆ Our stay at Erawan Villa Hotel had a difficult start. When we arrived, the private pool in our villa was green and we were repeatedly told it would be fixed later that day, then by the next morning, and unfortunately it took much longer than expected. On top of that, we also had an unexpected plumbing issue when a bathroom pipe suddenly burst and flooded the bathroom. That said, what really changed our experience was the way the situation was handled afterwards. Communication with Augustin was very quick and professional. He personally apologized, explained the situation clearly, stayed in contact with us, and genuinely tried to find solutions. The staff also made a real effort to compensate for the inconvenience, which we truly appreciated. Problems can happen anywhere, but good customer service and taking responsibility make a big difference. Not a perfect stay due to the issues we experienced, but a big positive point for Augustin and the team's response and care.
The hotel is beautiful and the staff is so sweet! We had a lovely stay here, the only thing you should know is that you can’t buy food or drinks here but there is a 7/11 right across the hotel.
Good hotel with amazing view . The view is amazing with own pool shared by max of 10 people that stay at the villa hotel if you don't want to swim in the sea. The staff is very nice. Unfortunatelly our slippers were taken by other guest, the staff were looking for solution and directly checked all the rooms and even offered there own slippers. I would stay here again.
