Nikki beach is a must stay! Our rooms were gorgeous, clean and comfortable. The food was wonderful. Fai, Beer, New’ and Ae were such delightful individuals who greeted us genuinely and took great care of our needs. Breakfast was an absolute delight with their energy and enthusiasm. It’s wonderful when staff makes your stay so memorable!
We had another amazing stay (3rd time!) at Nikki Beach. Our 3 year old son was warmly welcomed and it really felt like coming home. There have been some nice updates; breakfast got even better, new menu at Escape restaurant and sunbeds closer to the beach. Our son enjoyed the kids club and all the attention in the beach club restaurant from lovely Fai and Beer. Big thanks for making our holiday extra amazing! Housekeeping staff are kind and make sure all is nice and clean. Massages still fantastic, highly recommend. Gym is great with newest equipment and the Pilates and floating yoga class fun. Sunsets are beautiful and area is becoming more lively, which is nice to see. We will be back next year!
This was our second time visiting Koh Samui. On our previous trip, we stayed in Chaweng, but this time we were looking for somewhere quieter and more relaxing for our delayed honeymoon. We booked a stay at Nikki Beach Resort and stayed in the Signature Palm Villa. The villa was spacious, beautiful, and very comfortable. One thing worth mentioning is that if you’re looking for complete peace and quiet, this may not be the ideal choice. Music is played around the pool from midday during the week, and there’s a DJ on weekends. The music can be heard from inside the villas. It didn’t bother us personally, but it’s something future guests may appreciate knowing in advance. The service throughout our stay was excellent. The breakfast staff welcomed us with a smile every morning, especially Fai and Beer, who always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel also arranged a scooter rental for us, making the process completely stress-free. I would highly recommend hiring a scooter, as taxi fares can be quite expensive even for short distances. Overall, this is a beautiful place to stay with kind, caring staff who genuinely make you feel welcome. We love Koh Samui and will definitely be back again in the future!
The most memorable part of our 10 day trip was staying at the Nikki Beach. On the more quieter side of Koh Samui but the breathtaking sunsets make up for any shortcomings. Be sure to book one of the villas they are exceptional and spacious! Be sure to look out for Tun, Bom and Non from the front office who are extremely knowledgeable and go out of their way to provide impeccable service. A special thanks to Ms. Care who was a text message away when we needed her. The service is on point starting at breakfast all the way to sundowners by the pool while the dj plays your favourite beats.
i’ve had the best experience at this hotel, it’s been one of the best trips/stays of my life. everything made this trip perfect, i had the breakfast package and it was amazing! One of the waitresses Fai Beer, was so lovely, she was very kind and helpful every morning and has such a lovely energy and smile! such an amazing member of staff. all the workers at the hotel are very helpful and kind and greet you everytime they see you. if you’re considering whether to come, definitely do so! thank you so much nikki beach it’s been amazing!!! only drawback was the location as it’s in a very quiet side of the island, if this is what you’re looking for then it’s perfect, but we’ve had to spend a lot of money on grabs whilst here.
