We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it. The staff deserve special mention — they were exceptionally friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with any request. The housekeeping was excellent: the rooms were cleaned thoroughly and consistently, with great attention to detail. The beds were very comfortable, the pillows were excellent, and the bed linen felt clean and of very good quality, which made the stay even more relaxing. Breakfast was another highlight, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options every morning. Overall, this is a very well-run hotel with great service, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely consider staying here again and can recommend it to other guests.
Honestly 5 stars for this resort! Eventhough the beach isn’t as nice as other beaches around, we still had a pleasant stay here! The staff was very kind and helpful! And the room was incredibly comfy and clean, which was out of my expectation. there are many eateries and 7 elevens around, the location is great in Lamai. And we also love that there are many plenty of pools around that we can choose! I would definitely come back again :)
Great place for a quiet getaway. Quiet pool. Family pool over the road. (Bit of an inconvenience but traffic wardens to help you over and an amazing sea view. So worth the bother ). Planet options at breakfast. The staff are so attentive and friendly. Mui was brilliant at looking after us and making us feel welcome every morning) Rooms big clean and aircons 👌🏻. Balcony is a little smaller than what I’m used to but does the job. Well worth a visit if coming to lamai.
We had an unforgettable stay at Outrigger Koh Samui Beach Resort in Lamai. From the moment we arrived, the resort felt peaceful, elegant, and beautifully cared for. The gardens, flowers, white design, cleanliness, and calm atmosphere all created a wonderful sense of relaxation and joy. The resort itself is beautiful, but what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. The level of service was outstanding - warm, attentive, professional, generous, and full of genuine care. Every interaction made us feel welcome and valued. We would especially like to thank the Voyager 47 Club Lounge team, and in particular Sao, for making our stay so special. Her kindness, attention to detail, warmth, and personal care were truly unforgettable. She remembered small details, welcomed us every day with a smile, and made the experience feel much more than just a hotel stay. Outrigger Koh Samui Beach Resort offers much more than a beautiful vacation. It offers peace, beauty, warmth, and a true sense of hospitality. We left with full hearts and would be very happy to return. Highly recommended:)
Hotel and the staff were great and friendly! They remembered our names and made us feel welcome from the beginning. The main pool is across the road but that did not inconvenience us because it was easy to get across with the security helping to control traffic. The only thing that hampered our stay was the house keepers did not have our room cleaned by 3pm. We went to breakfast and the pool by 9am and thought if we stayed out till 3 or 4pm the room would be cleaned and done which did not happen 2 of the 3 days we stayed. I had to find a maid cart for TP and ask for clean towels. The third day I found a housekeeper early in the morning and asked to please have our room cleaned and she obliged kindly. Town is about a 15 min walk from the hotel and we did not mind that at all as we like to walk but a Grab ride is only like 300 or 400bht which is cheap. I enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Outrigger hotel as a great place if you are in the area!
