Overall, the hotel met our expectations. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spacious and clean, although it could definitely benefit from some renovation. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and having loungers on the balcony was a nice bonus. Breakfast didn't offer a huge variety, but everything was tasty and more than reasonable for the price. And that's really the key point: the value for money. Considering what you pay, this hotel offers a very good quality-to-price ratio. One downside: the beach is at low tide for most of the day, so if you want to swim or fully enjoy the ocean, you'll probably need to go to Lamai Beach or Coral Cove Beach instead.
We had a lovely stay at Palm Coco Mantra. The service was friendly and helpful – we were unhappy with the room we booked, so they helped us upgrade to a room that better suited our needs from the next night. Very comfortable, and we had a lovely time sitting on our balcony enjoying the view. Upon checkout we had a bit of a story with them not having record of the key return from our bike rental – seems their system is very paper-based, and we should have insisted on signing something when we returned it – but this did not spoil our stay! Definitely recommend!
My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful relaxing week stay at Palm Coco Mantra. The 2nd floor apartment has a panoramic view of the ocean. It is spacious with a fridge, kettle, and king size bed, wardrobe and couch. Plus a nice bathroom. The food quality and scope was excellent. The buffet brunch kept you going all day! Most of all the staff made our holiday perfect with their friendliness and service with a smile!
I was very indecisive when looking at hotels in Samui. But choosing Palm Coco Mantra was a very good decision. We stayed in villa-style rooms. The bedroom was very spacious, with a large bathroom and bathtub, and it was spotlessly clean. We chose the breakfast option, and it was quite delicious. But the best part was the staff. They helped us with renting a motorbike and many other things. We had to check out at 5 am, and they had breakfast ready for us at that time. We were very pleased with the friendly and polite staff. The only negative thing I can mention is that the sea recedes in the mornings due to the tide, but this wasn't a problem for us. We went to nearby Silver Beach by motorbike. If I come back to Samui, I will definitely choose Palm Coco Mantra!
We had the villa and enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms, comfy bed and really kind staff. We had the breakfast included which was really good. Not really a lot to choose from, but thats not necessary for us. The beach is kind of a private beach shared with the hotel next to it. There are no other tourists, for some people that’s preferable. The location is perfect if you rent a scooter. Within 10 min at the lamai night market and around 20 min at the chaweng walkingstreet For us this us perfect!
