Do not do like me, ask for precise instructions to get there (I had issues finding the place because of contradicting info). As it is uphill, standard taxi drivers are asking for an additional fee. Once you are safely arrived, you can now relax, enjoy the breakfast and dinner cooked by the host family. Beautiful point of view, calm all around.
This was honestly the best place I have ever been to. 10 out of 10. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, with breathtaking views. I could have stayed there the whole day, simply immersed in nature and the beauty of the surroundings. The atmosphere is peaceful, soulful, and deeply relaxing. What truly makes this place exceptional is the hospitality. The hosts are incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely helpful. You feel welcomed and cared for from the moment you arrive. Breakfast was delicious every day – a freshly prepared Thai dish, coffee or tea, and fresh fruits. It’s such a beautiful way to start the morning. They also rent motorbikes, which is a great option if you’re confident driving. It makes exploring Koh Samui very easy. The accommodation is located quite high on a hill, and the road is steep, but taxis and Grab do come up without problems. If you’re looking for a place where you can truly relax and reconnect with nature, this is it. I would come back anytime.
Great place up in the mountains with an amazing view! They have a really nice common area to relax and share with others, always with a calm and peaceful vibe. The rooms are big and comfortable, with fans inside and cool chairs outside to enjoy the scenery. The shared bathrooms are always clean—just note there’s no hot water. The breakfast included is incredible… every day a different and delicious surprise! The family in charge is always available, kind, and has a great attitude. **Tip:** Rent a motorbike to get up here—there are some good climbs and it makes the trip much easier.
Amazing place with great view and great vibes. The room is clean with a bed, a fan and a small vanity. They have toilet and shower rooms (no hot water so if you come in colder months shower when the sun is in the sky), very clean. The best part is the owner and his family - the owner is very nice and accommodating, and his mother's cooking is amazing. A huge breakfast is served in the morning and at night you have the option to eat at their podium looking over the sunset. Highly recommended to have dinner with the sunset at least one night when you are there. They also have the cutest and most friendly dog who greets you at the carpark. The drive up is a bit steep but we managed with our small sedan.
SZ Samui Glamping exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the view was truly indescribable, and the breakfast was delicious. What really stood out was the staff – incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. If I ever come back to Koh Samui, I would book this place again without a second thought. Highly recommended!
