My very first thought upon entering the property, and my room, was that the pictures on the listing were in fact a few years old. There are signs of wear and tear, but there does not appear to be a significant effort being made to fix these marks. E. g. the nightstand in my room was dirty and damaged. The shower had low pressure, and there was only one water temperature, too hot. The pool area looked uninviting. The resort could use a a fresh set of paint and some general touch up. The overall cleanliness was not to our liking either. Shelves were full of dust, and it was apparent it had been some time since the last thorough cleaning of our room. The staff was friendly and kind. Yet the service was not exactly impeccable. The towel service was a mess. Some days we had only beach towels, some days we had no towels. After notifying the reception about this issue it was still not fixed six hours later (08:00 am - 02:00 pm). We had to get the towels ourselves. We ordered high speed internet for our booking, but it was the most unreliable internet I have had so far this vacation. The neighbors were burning garbage in their gardens, every single day. The Florist is not to blame for this, but beware the fact that there is a foul stench every afternoon. (It is a common occurrence throughout the island.) The location overall is decent. The beach is not crowded and there are several good restaurants nearby. I stayed at this property for six nights. I would recommend this property to people who do not intend on spending the most amount of time at their lodging. People who would rather be out and about, and not spend a fortune on hotels.
Amazing place with a direct access to a nice beach. The staff was really nice and helpful in the réservation of some activities. I do recommend x3
First night we stayed in the 300 section, Unable to get cold water in the shower, pool was cooler. The next day we moved to 400’s, water was way too hot in the pool. The way the rooms are set up, if the neighbours have their lights on there is a door that connects the rooms and you see their light all night - so if lights are an issue for you this isn’t great. Pool is nice and deep though. The staff were friendly, price was right, cats were cute, nice and close to the beach and only ten min ride to fisherman’s village. There’s also a small food market every night near the hotel, it’s worth checking out!
The staff are really friendly and make you feel at home, the beach guest house is literally right on the beach I can hear the waves!
