The hotel location is brilliant. Few steps away from the Samui Central mall. The asthetics of the hotel is beautiful. The beach bar is perfect t to spend a sun downer at. Situated right next to Ark Bar perfect for night beach club vibes. Overall a pleasant stay and lovely experience.
This property is fantastic on all levels!! Beautiful property, best location, perfect spot on the beach, room cleaned everyday, breakfast buffet has many choices, bar staff is excellent at beach and pool bar. We would definitely stay here again. And a big shout out to our bartender, Poe Chi, we will miss you!
I love this place so much ♡ Since it was my first time in Koh Samui, I really appreciated all the kind advice from the hotel staff. They made everything so easy, and I felt completely at ease from the start. When I arrived at the airport, the hotel shuttle was already there waiting for me, which was so helpful and comforting. The hotel is very close to the airport and right in the city center, only about a 10-minute walk to Central Samui. So convenient! All the staff at the front desk are incredibly kind and lovely. They truly made me feel happy and welcomed throughout my stay. The room is clean and has everything I needed. My room was right next to the pool, which created such a nice and relaxing atmosphere. I absolutely loved it The hotel is also close to the beach, which is clean and perfect for relaxing. The restaurant is right by the beach and serves breakfast there too, it was so lovely to enjoy breakfast with that beautiful view in the morning. Overall, I would give this place 1,000,000/10. I’m so happy and impressed with everything. I will definitely come back again soon. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me ♡
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to host our wedding than Chaweng Garden Beach Resort. From start to finish, our entire experience was nothing short of amazing. We had around 70 guests staying for a week or more, and every single person had the most amazing time. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything—yet still feels relaxed and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the pool was spotless and perfect for everyone to enjoy. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. The service was honestly some of the best we have experienced. A special mention has to go to Ging, the restaurant manager, who went above and beyond for our entire stay. He was always present, ensuring everything ran smoothly, and made every moment feel so special. Our wedding planner, Krab, was absolutely outstanding. Planning a destination wedding from overseas can be stressful, but he made the entire process feel effortless. His communication was flawless, and he handled every detail with such care and professionalism. The wedding setup by the pool was absolutely beautiful, and the restaurant looked incredible—everything was exactly how we had envisioned (if not better!). Not only was the wedding day itself perfect and ran seamlessly, but the pre-wedding evening was also unforgettable. We hosted a cabaret night with canapés and cocktails, and it was such a fun and unique experience. The food and drinks throughout our stay were consistently amazing. The resort was also fantastic for families. Many of our guests had young children, and the hotel catered to them so well—from kids’ meals with little extras to thoughtful touches like sand play toys. It made such a difference for everyone travelling with little ones. Breakfast each morning was lovely, with plenty of options and great quality food. The team also helped organise tours and activities, making it easy for our guests to explore and enjoy their time. We also loved being so close to ARK Bar for a bit of fun during the trip, but back in the garden rooms it was completely peaceful and quiet — you couldn’t hear any noise at all. The planes flying overhead were quite loud, but we didn’t find it bothered us; if anything, we couldn’t help but look up every time one passed by. Overall, we had the most perfect 10 days celebrating with our family and friends. If you’re looking for somewhere that feels authentic, relaxed, and welcoming—with incredible food, outstanding service, and a team who truly care—this is the place. We honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. Thank you so much to all the staff at Chaweng Garden Beach Resort for making our wedding and stay so unforgettable. It truly was the best time of our lives, and we can’t wait to come back one day for a anniversary in years to come !
