Fantastic salon ! Staff is very welcoming ! The salon is clean and smells lovely !! And the massage was the best I’ve had in koh samui !! I’ll 100% be back !
Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. I booked an aroma oil massage, but it turned out to be just coconut oil being poured and rubbed on the skin for an hour, without any real massage or muscle work. It didn’t feel like a proper massage technique was used. I chose this salon because of the high rating (4.8), but I prefer to leave honest reviews, so I can’t give more than 3 stars. I hope the salon will improve the quality of the service.
I highly recommend Serene Massage in Bangrak, Koh Samui. I visited for a foot massage on a wet Sunday afternoon and it was a great experience. The staff are all super friendly, the place is immaculately clean and the massage was superb!
I had the sport massage at Serene Massage and it was as strong and deep as I expected. The massage was professional and thorough, the oil that had been used smelled divine. After the massage my skin was smooth and moisturised, but not sticky at all. The place is very clean. After the massage I had lost an earring, but went to the place the day after and one of the workers found it and handed back to me, which I’m extremely grateful for. I highly recommend Serene Massage in Koh Samui ☺️
