What an absolutely delightful resort. What stood out to me immediately was that it isn't enormous. You don't have to walk for 15 minutes to get from your room to reception etc. All the rooms would be within a 3 minute walk to reception, the pool, the beach and the restaurant. Management were extremely accommodating in making some last minute changes to the booking. They could easily have refused, but stepped up to the plate with grace. The pool is large enough with a swim up bar. The food excellent and the service more so. Very very few young children to disrupt the serenity, a huge plus. Thankyou Fairhouse Villas and Spa.
Exceptional stay – authentic flavors and top-tier service! We stayed in a Beachfront Pool Villa at Fairhouse Villas, and it was an absolute dream. The hotel is incredibly clean, well-organized, and operates at a very high level. Since we stayed for more than five nights, we were assigned a dedicated "Guest Experience Host" named Boss. He was available via WhatsApp at any time for questions or assistance, which made our stay incredibly smooth and stress-free. A highlight for us was the food: • Authenticity: Usually, we prefer local street food stalls to get the most authentic Thai experience. However, the hotel restaurant was so excellent and truly authentic that we ended up eating there frequently. If you travel 11 hours to taste real Thai food, you won't be disappointed here! • Breakfast: Simply "extra klasse" – a huge variety and top quality. The entire staff is extremely friendly and customer-oriented. We would like to give a special mention to the Restaurant Supervisor (whose name we unfortunately missed). Despite having a large team, he personally checked in on guests constantly to ensure everyone was happy. On our departure day, the hotel surprised us once more: because we booked the Beachfront Villa, the Hotel Manager personally drove us to the ferry. He used the time to ask for our feedback and discuss how they could further improve guest satisfaction. This shows how much they truly care. Summary: A high-end hotel where customer satisfaction is lived by every employee. We would love to come back!
Fair House has been in the one family for 30 years, located a 20 minute taxi ride from Chaweng, has well maintained grounds, gardens, villas, pool and dining areas. A special shout out to Way, DaDa our House keeper and of course Boss who organised dinner for us out of the resort and also made sure everything was fine for us. The staff were amazing from check in to check out, the house keeping staff were brilliant, the pool staff, dining staff just fabulous, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Our sea view villa with large deck was wonderful except for the noise of the kitchen’s exhaust fan that was below us. The food at the restaurant was fantastic you really didn’t need to go out to eat. The pool was wonderful plus it had a swim up bar. The ocean water was beautifully clear perfect for swimming or kayaking. I highly recommend this resort!
Great hotel situated between Nae Nam and Bo Phut so it was easy to walk to both, we tended to walk towards Bo Phut as there were plenty of restaurants on the way to Fisherman's Village. The hotel has a selection of suites and villas set in nice gardens. We stayed in a pool villa which was marvellous with a large courtyard with sunbeds, sala with daybeds and pool. We have stayed in many pool villas and the pool is normally around 3m by 6m, the pool in our villa was apx 4m by 9m, exceptionally nice and it meant it was possible to have a proper swim, I only went to the main pool for Aquafit. Plenty of storage for clothes, so much that very unusually we didn't use it all. Breakfast nice, as well as the buffet the cook would cook things to order (very nice and helpful lady). As well as the standard juices it was possible to order from 9 different cold teas and coffees. The three young waitresses (Aern, Game and Praewa) were great as were all the staff. Obviously our villa was cleaned daily and at the same time our pool was serviced and courtyard swept and plants watered. We had a few different maids as our normal maid had time off and they were all great however our normal maid (Fon?) looked after us really well and deserves a 🙏👍. 3 minutes walk to the nearest restaurant, 10 minutes to Tops supermarket, 18 minutes to the start of the restaurants towards Fisherman's Village, 20 minutes to Garden Restaurant (our favourite), 35 minutes to Fisherman's Village. We tended to go out for meals to help keep other places going, however the meals we had at the hotel were fine, no problems. Very nice hotel and holiday, nice cheerful helpful staff and the villa pool was exceptional 👌. No problems at all in recommending it and we hope to return in the future.
A very nice hotel, located in a quiet area. We had a room on a higher floor with a view of the bay. The restaurant is excellent. Finally, a place where you can get tasty sausages for lunch, as well as waffles and pancakes made right in front of you. The pool is very nice and clean. The only downside is that the jacuzzis are out of order, except for one. The pool bar has reasonable prices (290 baht). There's not much beach, but the sea slopes gently and is clean. A larger beach is just 100 meters to the left or right, so it's all good. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. They do everything they can to ensure that everything goes smoothly. Bicycles are not allowed on the premises, which is a shame.
