Description

Start your day on Koh Samui the way it should begin — barefoot on the sand, mat facing the ocean, sun rising over the water. This 60-minute beachfront yoga mat class takes place every Tuesday at 6:00am at Banana Fan Sea Resort, one of Chaweng's most beautiful beachfront locations. Led by an experienced Isla yoga instructor, the class combines breath, gentle flow, mobility, and core engagement — designed to wake the body up and ground you for the day ahead. Limited to 10 mats only, so the experience stays personal and unhurried. No crowded rooms, no shouting over loud music — just you, the sound of the waves, and a small group of like-minded people quietly starting their day well. This class is open to all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Movements are demonstrated and adjusted for every body, so you'll feel guided whether it's your first yoga class or your hundredth. After class, you're welcome to enjoy the resort's beachfront café for a coffee or fresh juice — and start your Samui day already aligned and energized.
