I highly recommend the spa here. I received a very relaxing sound awaken treatment from Green and my daughter got a nice facial from Kat. Both treatments were really relaxing. Green gives such nice massages. Her hands are so strong. I requested her again for another massage tomorrow. The sound awaken was very unique. I’ve never had the bowls put on my chakras. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep. The overall experience was so nice. We both got a complimentary drink and foot scrub to start the treatment and ended with a short back rub, ginger tea and banana chips. Super reasonably priced and really great service. We will definitely be back!
We booked the 1-hour Stress Relief Couple Massage at SALA Spa and it was fantastic. Our therapists, Green and Kat, were excellent — skilled, attentive, and clearly experienced, finding all the right pressure points without ever being told. The space itself was calm and beautifully set up, making it easy to fully relax and switch off. We left feeling completely renewed. This was part of our honeymoon in Koh Samui, and it was one of the highlights so far. Highly recommend requesting Green and Kat if you book here — thank you both for such a special experience!
Such a very pleasant experience spent our time as a couple for “Sweet escape” massage course. Me and my husband have a deep tissue body and foot oil massage then milk bath for 120mins. We had a great time relax comfy and feel at ease. Highly recommend for anyone who really need a good stress free time and of course we don’t hesitate to come back here again for sure. Good job for our Therapist khun Green, khun Kat And reception khun leena for very warm welcome and service mind you gave us. Thank you we had a great honeymoon time.
My husband and I are currently on our first trip to Thailand, and out of all the places we have visited, this resort is hands down the winner. It is a beautiful, relaxing, and quiet paradise that perfectly balances a family-friendly atmosphere with adult-focused tranquility. The Spa Experience If you stay here, the spa is a total must! We had a couples massage that was incredible, easily the best we've ever had. A huge thank you to our therapists, Lalah and Green, who were both wonderful. Also, a shoutout to Angie at the spa for being such a welcoming and helpful host! Management & Service The service here is top-notch. The Resort Manager, Oom, is absolutely fantastic and ensures everything runs perfectly. The entire staff at the restaurant and across the resort are just as lovely. Dining & Amenities The Food: The restaurant on-site is so good you could stay there from morning until night. They just updated the menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and every meal was delicious. Fluke our waitress was cheerful, poliet, and friendly. The bar also mixes amazing cocktails! The Beach: The views are stunning and the beach is right at your doorstep. They have plenty of activities like paddleboarding, kayaking, and other rentals available. The Layout: I love that they have a "fun" pool for kids and families while keeping a separate pool for adults to maintain that quiet, relaxing vibe. Verdict: We loved it so much that we’ve already decided that when we return, we are skipping the rental and staying in one of the resort villas. We can't wait to come back!
I had a foot massage at SALA Spa and it was absolutely next level — seriously one of the best massages I’ve ever had. QREEN was phenomenal: perfect pressure, refined technique, and such a calm, confident presence. You immediately feel you’re in expert hands. Every movement was intentional and deeply relaxing. The whole spa vibe at SALA is pure serenity — beautifully designed, peaceful, and effortlessly luxurious. The moment you walk in, you just unwind.
