Start your freediving journey as a total beginner with Breathflow Connection. As the sole operating freediving provider operating from Koh Samui, we pride ourselves on offering an experience like no other. At our company, we don't just teach freediving—we immerse you in it. With our Apnea Total beginner program, you'll receive personalized attention and guidance, with a maximum of three students per course. This ensures an intimate and focused learning environment, where every individual's progress is prioritized. But it's not just about the classroom—our courses take you beyond the confines of traditional instruction. For two exhilarating days, we venture out to sea, exploring the pristine waters surrounding Koh Samui. This is a 2-Day Course, both days will be from 07:30 to 15:30 Pm. Your instructor will contact you before the tour to meet up and talk about the details. (Preferably a few days in advance) Then will be decided to do the Theory Practice on Land or on the boat (depending on the situation) We'll join the local Scuba Diving companies on their boat. The boat ride will be approximately 1H30Min to our dive location (Sail Rock) There, we'll spend 3-4 Hours in the water, training. Here, amidst the breathtaking beauty of the ocean, you'll hone your skills and discover the true essence of freediving. After training, we'll have lunch on the boat. Join us, and experience freediving like never before. If you're a beginner, eager to dip your toes into the world of freediving..
