Samui Boat Lagoon
Samui Boat Lagoon is brand new resort located beachside of Plai Laem, only a short distance from Fisherman's Village, and the fashionable boutique resort area of Choeng Mon Beach.
The resort is beautifully designed with perfectly manicured gardens and surrounds, the villas are built with privacy in mind. All are equipped with modern facilities, lovely private pools and an outside Sala with flat screen TV, cooking facilities and a big fridge. The outside decor is comfortable and inviting, for evenings of drinks, and meals in between dips in the pool. The bathrooms are huge and have lovely indoor/outdoor rain showers. Stock up on the essential items and there really is no need to leave the villa.
There are choices of 1, 2 and 4 bedroom villas, the resort is well-suited for couples, families and group vacationers.
We think you'd be hard pressed to find such accommodation on Samui at the kind of prices offered, it honestly is one of the best valued resorts on the island.
If you've come to relax and don't want to be surrounded with bars, loud music and hordes of tourists then this is the perfect spot. Only 50 metres from the beach, it's one of the nicest spots on the island to catch the sun setting to the west.
Admittedly, multiple bars and restaurants or resorts are not in the immediate area, but that is the whole point of its location, taking advantage of the peaceful surrounds. Within walking distance you have are some quaint little bars and road-side restaurants. Right out the front there is the brand new Sliver Bullet Bar, a great little bar themed towards couples and groups, doesn't play loud trance or boom boom music, just good old fashioned rock and without the decibels.
Within walking distance you will find 7/11 and a Family Mart mini supermarket.
A 5 star beachfront bar, restaurant and spa facilities where guests of Samui Boat Lagoon receive discount.
