The old wooden viewpoint has recently been refurbished and an additional concrete shaded structure has been added. The panoramic view takes in a large area stretching from Hua Thanon to Taling Ngam; you can see the islands of Koh Mat Sum, Koh Tan and the Five Islands to the west, with the mainland on the horizon.
Grab yourself a drink, take a relaxing seat in the shade, feel the breeze and enjoy the serenity with a view.
For those not satisfied with just enjoying the view, why not make some alterations to your clothes on the very random sewing machine.
To get there, take the road opposite the Mummifed Monk on the 4169 ring road. Head straight up the mountain, it's only a 10 minute drive from the ring road and easy to reach by any mode of transport with a motor.
Entrance fee is 20 Baht per person.
