💗💗💗 What a beautiful place! The views over the pond and the sea are absolutely stunning. 🌴🌊 The sea bass was cooked perfectly, and the shrimp tacos with corn were incredibly delicious. Every dish looked as beautiful as it tasted. The staff were so warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They made the whole experience even more special. A wonderful place for a relaxing lunch or dinner. I'll definitely be back! ✨
Spent Easter Sunday here and I couldn’t have asked for a better Easter (alone)! It was such a great vibe. The food was incredible, great selection to pick from and the staff were so nice!
Absolutely the worst dining experience of our entire travels.We paid 1,400 THB for FOUR bite-sized pieces of steak. Not a steak. Not a plate. Four bites. At this point, why not just rob a bank instead of your customers? One steak, one sushi, one taco plate, one vegetable, magically added — 3,500 THB. On top of that, a 10% service charge for WHAT service exactly? There was one girl working five tables, no napkins provided (apparently napkins are too low-class), just hand towels like we’re at a nail salon. No attention, no explanation, no hospitality — just attitude wrapped in hype. This place is clearly riding the White Lotus hotel hype, and wow… what a disappointment. Overpriced, underwhelming, soulless, and honestly insulting.
We had an enjoyable start to our dinner at Guilty Samui, but unfortunately the experience ended on a disappointing note. The raw tuna appetiser was the highlight of the meal. The flavours were unique and well-balanced — spicy, citrusy and sweet all at once — paired with the juicy tuna. It was memorable and set high expectations for the rest of the meal. The red snapper, however, felt rather plain in comparison. While it was well cooked, the sauce lacked depth and flavour. That said, it may appeal to those who prefer lighter, healthier dishes, and it’s definitely kid-friendly. Speaking of kids, we appreciated that Guilty Samui offers very affordable kids’ meals. Our children enjoyed both the pasta and steak, which were simple, satisfying and well portioned. A few points to note: bottled water is chargeable at 160 baht, and tap water or hot water is not available. Service throughout the meal was pleasant — until the end. As the lighting was quite dim, the staff kindly brought portable table lights so our kids could continue colouring, which we appreciated. We had also shared that this trip was a celebration of our daughter’s birthday, and the staff mentioned they could offer a small cake (something usually reserved for actual birthdays). We were touched by the gesture and waited for it. However, at the end of the dinner, we were told that the cake could no longer be offered. This sudden change, especially after setting expectations, was a huge letdown. It completely overshadowed what had been an otherwise enjoyable evening. We would have ordered a dessert but the experience unfortunately left us regretting our visit, and we decided to end our dinner without the dessert. Overall, Guilty Samui has good food potential but consistency in service — especially around small but meaningful gestures — matters greatly. Sadly, the ending was a major turn-off for us. Will not return to this restaurant in future. UPDATE: We shared our experiences to the hotel and they offered us a complimentary takeaway dessert.
We went to Guilty for Sizzle Fiesta night and the food was amazing. The appetizers were really good and the slippery lobster and seabass with different sauces were fantastic. For dessert, the tres leches cake and churros were a real treat. Overall, we had a wonderful dinner.
