Where to start, Namaste Nepalese has been one of the highlights of our trip to Thailand let alone Samui. The food is outstanding and easily up there with our best Nepalese back home in London. The restaurant is spacious and clean, and the customer service is phenomenal. The main lady who works there (must be a manager) is from Myanmar, but is of Nepalese descent. She is beyond kind, caring, and so personable. We ended up speaking to her for a long time. She was very open and genuine, the conversation occurred so organically, it really left our cups full all round. We loved it so much, we went back the next day! If that doesn’t say how great this restaurant is… I don’t know what will!
Came here tonight for dinner and it did not disappoint. The curry, naan, and rice were all delicious. The staff are so very lovely!! Would definitely recommend this place
Excellent , flavoursome curry. We had the Kadai Paneer and Lamb Bhuna - asked for spicy and they delivered! The garlic and butter naan is nice too. One bonus was the sundries for the popadoms that were all super tasty. The only let down was that the popadoms themselves been a bit better - they don’t seem to be the freshly fried, bubbly ones. The staff are lovely 🥰
This is our favorite place for dinner. We come here every evening, no matter which part of the island we’re staying in. The tandoor BBQ sets are absolutely delicious, served with a variety of sauces to suit every taste. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff are always polite, attentive, and welcoming. Highly recommended!
Place was really busy but we were lucky enough yo get a table. Staff were really friendly and efficient despite how busy it was. Ordered chicken and vegetable pakoras to start then spicy chicken curry with rice and a chilli nan. Good size portion of both pakoras and they were delicious, 4 jars of sauces already on the table to have with them. Curry and nan were also great. Food took a little time to come out but that’s ok as it’s fresh and the place was so busy. No idea why this place is not higher rated as it was so good and great value. Highly recommend.
