Tasty food & great service. Nice shaded seating area with fans. Had lunch there 3 days in a row.
I ordered a non spicy Chicken panang curry but received pretty much spicy with big pieces of chili inside. But that honestly not a problem at all. I can eat spicy too but the chicken was the worse I ever had. Absolutely unflavoured and crazy chewy like a gum. Probably precooked separately. The curry was tasty.
We had the best experience with Nina, her family, and the whole team — truly the most authentic and enjoyable Thai cooking experience we’ve had in Thailand. Beautiful interior, very cozy and welcoming atmosphere, and only fresh, high-quality ingredients. We cooked three dishes: Tom Yum, Pad Thai, and Fried Rice, and honestly — it was the best Thai food we tried during our entire trip. Nina is an incredible chef who previously worked at Four Seasons, and she has now created her own café and cooking classes in Koh Samui. You can feel her professionalism, passion, and love for what she does in every detail. This experience is perfect for families, especially with kids. Highly recommended — if you are in Samui, don’t miss it!
One of few restaurants in Lipa Noi by the beach. We both had Pad Thai and spring rolls. The Pad Thai tasted like sweet and sour and didn’t taste like a traditional Pad Thai- bit disappointing. And the spring rolls were ok. Reasonably priced food however and nice service!
The best café in the area. Tasty food and a clean setup. We’ve been visiting it during our stay at a nearby hotel (where the restaurants don’t even come close in terms of food quality compared to what Mom’s Kitchen offers — but that’s another story), and we haven’t regretted a single dish so far. The only suggestion for the owner would be to replace the lamps with warmer, more appealing lighting. Such a small upgrade would make the place feel even more inviting and cosy.
