I rarely write restaurant reviews, but Charm Samui and the incredible Renata deserve the biggest shoutout✨ It's so rare to see someone this passionate about their work, Renata’s energy is honestly so inspiring🩷 Renata handles everything so effortlessly, personally stopping by every single table to make sure your night is perfect. Her UK MasterChef dishes are out of this world, and that chocolat fondant? Absolute perfection. Easily an 11/10 experience. I cannot recommend this place more 🩷
Definitely coming back! The food is impeccable! The miso snapper and the duck confit was delectable and amazing. Dessert: you must order the famous chocolate fondant by Renata, that keeps you wanting for more. We celebrated my birthday there together and their service throughout was 11/10, even got the whole place singing the birthday song for me! Renata, we really appreciate the gracious hospitality and generosity from you and your staff! Everything was perfect, and we’d love to visit again soon.
Visited Charm early last week but couldn’t get a table so booked for a few nights later and we weren’t disappointed. Renata was on hand to greet us and was so welcoming and informative about everything, checking in with us quite a few times to ask how we were and how we liked the food, which was wonderful. A bit pricier than other restaurants on the front and of course there’s no beach view but the whole experience was great without that, thoroughly recommend if you’re going to be in Fisherman’s Village, remember to book 👍
Couldn't ask for better service from Renata (owner) and her team. Absolutely outstanding and outperformed as we had some challenging dietary requirements which were all accomplished. So well done 👏 Atmosphere was fantastic and able to have a conversation and easily heard. Had a toddler having moments were extinguished by the lovely Renata as she roamed through the restaurant observing and making sure everything was perfect for everyone regardless of age. Definitely recommend a visit if you are heading to koh samui
We visited Charm Samui for dinner based on a recommendation, and it exceeded all our expectations. The restaurant itself is simple and cozy, creating a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The cocktails were outstanding, but the food was truly exceptional. My husband had the beef cheeks, and the meat was so tender it practically fell apart with just a fork. We also shared a starter, which was absolutely delicious and the perfect beginning to the meal. Throughout the evening, we felt genuinely cared for and very well looked after by the staff. The service was attentive, warm, and professional without ever feeling overwhelming. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and we can highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Koh Samui. We would definitely come back again.
