Delicious restaurant with authentic Thai food! This is the best Tom Kha Gai soup I had during my holidays in Thailand! The stuff is really friendly! The vibe and decoration of the place is also beautiful. I completely recommended and we went twice during our stay!
Lovely restaurant with a phenomenal menu and delicious cocktails. Prices are very reasonable, and it’s conveniently located near the Santiburi Samui hotel. We ate here twice and were impressed both times. We started with the chicken satay—perfectly seasoned and full of flavour. The chicken Pad Thai was outstanding. Beautifully flavoured and cooked perfectly (not overcooked like it often is elsewhere). Spices Cafe absolutely nailed it. The sea bass fillet with spicy mango salad was another highlight. Lightly battered and fried to perfection, with the mango salad adding a surprising burst of heat and flavour. On our second visit, I had the Pad Krapraw with minimal spice—again, incredible flavour, with green beans adding great texture. I couldn’t stop eating it. Mind blown. We also tried the Spices fried rice with prawns. The prawns were tempura-style, which was a pleasant surprise, and the rice itself was bursting with flavour. Highly recommend—fantastic food, great value, and consistently excellent quality. Happy hour- two for one cocktails. Margaritas- shaken. Goes down so smoothly. Too smooth!!
I think I had dinner here but can't remember. Ordered the khao SOI and veggie and fruit salad. Khao SOI was decent, the fruit and veggie salad was decent. The servers spoke and understood English and were accommodating to not put fish sauce into my salad.
