This place is wonderful. A lot of restaurants in Koh Samui were rated highly but did not live up to our expectations - but this place surely did, so much that we came back 3 times during our stay. The staff are wonderful and the food is authentic ! Highly recommend the massaman chicken, green curry and mango creme brûlée !
An amazing authentic Thai dining experience! From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel so welcome and the service was fantastic throughout. We decided to try the Siam Set for Two, which was the perfect way to experience a selection of their signature dishes, and every single one was full of flavour. One of the biggest surprises was the traditional watermelon topped with dried fish – something we’d never tried before, but it worked so well! The Beef Pad Krapow with the crispy duck egg was another standout and is a dish I’d happily order again. Everything was cooked fresh to order using quality ingredients, and you can really taste the care that goes into every plate. If you’re looking for authentic Thai food in Koh Samui, I couldn’t recommend Siam Kitchen enough. We’ll definitely be back! 🇹🇭🍛
We just finished our third dinner at our favourite spot on Koh Samui! We would have gladly come here every day for the next several weeks if we weren’t leaving tomorrow. You could happily eat your way through this beautifully curated menu and experience new Thai flavours each time. This is a wonderful restaurant experience. The team obviously like each other a lot and work very well together which creates a lovely warm atmosphere. A very special mention to our two servers - the beautiful Beam & Rose! We had to get a selfie with them on the way out tonight to have something to remember them by. They’re just gorgeous people and made our experience special every time. Words don’t do them justice. Modern-but-classic thai cuisine. Simply a wonderful experience for foodies that want elevated Thai food! We tried to order as much as we could finish. 4 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts. We had wine by the glass. The pomelo salad was wonderful, not spicy but flavorful. The barbecue shrimp skewers with spicy sauce is perfect for those that want spicy. Betel leaves made for a wonderful bite, a smaller starter or amuse bouche. The Chiang Mai sausage was very flavorful, very “thai tasting”, with a soft almost pate consistency. Served with fresh cabbage and optional fresh chili 🌶️ Butterfly fish was yummy but the panang pork shoulder was INCREDIBLE. I don’t even like panang generally and I almost stole my husband’s main dish. We were too full for dessert but we had to try them anyway. The mango crème brûlée with coconut ice cream was good, although the mango flavor messed with my head a bit. A good experience. The Thai tea cheesecake was sweet and reminded me of a basque cheesecake more than an American - i.e. very good!
What a wonderful restaurant! 🥰 The food is delicious: a small, refined menu with authentic Thai specialities, very special and lovingly prepared. The cocktails are amazing! All the staff were so wonderfully attentive, funny and warm-hearted. Just like us, there were several delighted guests who had been there several times. An absolute insider tip! Highly recommended! Thanks to the great team and hopefully see you next year! 🙌
