Fast service, polite staff, and the café was very clean. The food was served quickly. The tom yum was a little too thick for my taste, but overall everything was good.
Malee offers a mixed experience. The ground floor has a pleasant, cozy atmosphere, while the upstairs area feels less inviting and lacks the same charm. The food is decent and perfectly edible, but nothing stands out enough to make you want to return. The highlights were definitely the desserts – especially the fried banana and mango sticky rice, both of which were very enjoyable. Service was fine, friendly but unremarkable. The surrounding area and views are not particularly appealing, and overall, it feels like you can find better food at lower prices nearby. An acceptable option, but not one we would go out of our way to revisit.
amazing food! we stayed in samui for 4 nights and came here 3 of the nights (would of been 4 but they was closed one night) Cater for gluten free - i am celiac and never got poorly eating their food! who i went with can have gluten, and really enjoyed all of their meals! I stuck with the chicken pad thai, chicken fried rice and satay chicken with peanut sauce and wow! amazing!! who i went with changed what they had each time and loved all of it! defo recommend this place, gluten free or not!
We ordered Fried fish in Sweet and sour sauce, Stir fried crispy pork, Pad Thai and Watermelon smoothie. We upgraded smoothie with mint and two shots of Absolute vodka (perfect). Crispy pork was OK but nothing special. The rest was fantastic.
Had late lunch here and we were happy to get yummy and tasty food. Choice a la carte is nice, traditional Thai food (for mostly tourists/Farang) at a reasonable price for Samui. Som Tam, Pineapple fried rice and Pad Thai Gai were all good and nicely served. Coconut shake was excellent. Mango Sticky rice was ok. Not the best.
